Hervorragendes sehr sauberes Hotel; fantastisches Kinderprogramm (unsere Tochter, 6 Jahre, ist jeden Tag in den Monkey Club gegangen und wollte unbedingt ihre Stempel sammeln - „Keine Party ohne Kathi“ hat sie jeden Tag gerufen -Danke, Kathi😍!!); Mega leckeres Essen inkl. gesunde Varianten; saubere Pools; komplettes Fitnessangebot; nah zum Strand; sehr freundliches Servicepersonal; Anlage überdurchschnittlich sauber und gepflegt; Alles in allem, hat dieser Urlaub unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir überlegen bereits, gleich für nächstes Jahr zu buchen ☀️

Seid Jahren tanken wir im Oktober noch einmal Sonne auf Fuerteventura im Iberostar Gaviotas Park. Das Essen und die Getränke waren schon immer von hoher Qualität; und das Personalteam - um Magdalena, authentisch GASTorientiert. Nach der nun stattgefunden Renovierung haben auch die Zimmer ihre 4* wieder verdient. Sie sind hell, freundlich u. modern ausgestattet und tragen die Story "Waves" mit sich. Auch die öffentlichen Bereich sowie Restaurants sind sehr gelungen renoviert worden. Alle drei Pools sind nun beheizt und der riesige Hüpfball mitten im Pool der Hit für alle Kinder.

Hatten die Wellnesszimmer gebucht , diese waren jedoch noch nicht bezugsfertig ,haben dann ein Upgrade bekommen auf eine Suite mit separatem Schlafzimmer und Meerblick . Wie überall gab es Leute die am Pool mit ihren Handtücher schon die Liegen blockieren mussten , aber das Servicepersonal brachte auf Anfrage noch Liegen nach. Alles in allem super Urlaub.

Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und die Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Die schöne Poollandschaft ist großzügig gestaltet und es gibt genügend Liegen. Das Essen ist qualitativ sehr gut und lecker. Der Strand in Jandia ist weitläufig und wunderschön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man merkt die ausgezeichnette Führung des Hotels – vielen Dank an die Direktorin Frau Gbur. Das Hotel kann mindestens mit seinen Geschwistern, Iberostar Gaviotas Playa und Iberostar Fuerteventura Palace, mithalten. Insbesondere werden die vielen anderen Hotels auf Fuerteventura hinsichtlich der großartigen Stimmung bei Mitarbeiter und glückliche Gäste übertroffen. In Iberostar Waves Giovatis Park kann man – ob jung oder alt – einen traumhaften Urlaub verbringen.

Teníamos mucha expectación por las reformas que se realizaban ya que estuvo muchos meses cerrado y nos preocupaba como habría quedado y que personal nos encontraríamos. La reforma estaba muy bien, cambio de bañera por ducha por ejemplo, pero faltaba acabar algunos retoques que por premura de cumplir con los plazos de apertura no había dado tiempo de subsanar (cortinas algo largas, acabados suelo en puertas balcón sin masillar), pero que vimos que el personal iba recorriendo el hotel y tomando notas (suponemos que con el constructor). Los restaurantes han quedado muy bonitos, sobre todo en Maday que es el que más utilizamos (desayuno, comida y cena) prácticos y espaciosos y la comida sigue siendo muy variada y buena, como siempre, y el personal de cocina y camareros, lo mejor amables, simpáticos y siempre preocupados por el cliente. Todo el personal del hotel, tanto los nuevos como los que ya llevamos varios años encontrándonos, nos han tratado con mucha amabilidad, cordialidad y buen hacer, siempre preocupados por que el cliente se sienta muy a gusto, desde la recepción, los camareros y cocineros de los restaurantes Maday y Erbania, del Lobby Bar Marasul y del Tindaya, las camareras de piso y no por último los menos importantes, sino para que sea el broche de oro de esta opinión, al personal de animación, para todos (Ana, David, ...) pero en especial Ana, que es un derroche de simpatía y energía todo el día, y también por la noche.

Mi familia y yo estuvimos alojados en este hotel durante 10 días. La ubicación del hotel es buena si buscas un sitio tranquilo donde descansar, aun así cuenta con muchas tiendas a pocos minutos andando desde el hotel. El hotel cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. La comida es variada y de calidad, la animación del hotel sin duda hace que pases ratos muy entretenidos, y todo el personal han sido muy atentos, simpáticos y cercanos con nosotros, por lo que creemos que es necesario destacar su trabajo. Especialmente mencionar a Ana, David, Tania, David y Leti (animación), Jose, Haby y Wang (cocineros), Francisco, Antonio, Kevin, Manuel, Sara, Cristian, Alex, Jorge, Mendez, Pablo y Ancor (camareros), y Tania (limpiadora). Además, es un hotel que está recién reformado, por lo que todo hizo que la estancia fuese muy buena y una experiencia para repetir sin duda.

Hotel Fantástico, recién reformado, nuestras habitaciones eran amplias y bien situadas junto a recepción, destacar a Tania que nos ha dejado la habitación siempre reluciente. El Restaurante Maday (Buffet) muy bueno con mucha variedad y calidad en su comida, destacar el trato recibido por Jose Poce, Haby y Wang sin desmerecer a los demás empleados que nos han tratado de una manera muy amable. Referente a las instalaciones muy bien tanto las piscinas para los niños como para los adultos y el bar junto a ellas donde puedes tomar algo de 10.30 a 18.00. Buenos ratos hemos pasado también en el Marasul Lobby Bar, con música en vivo, Karaoke etc.. al igual que en el Bar Salón Tindaya donde puedes disfrutar de espectáculos en vivo, cabe destacar la atención prestada por todos los camarer@s, pero me gustaría destacar algunos de ellos como: Antonio, Alex, Francisco, Kevin, Mendez, Jorge, Pablo, Sara, Cristian y Ancor. Y por ultimo mencionar al equipo de animación, vaya buenos ratos hemos pasado, donde tengo que felicitar al buen equipo que hay, entre ellos David, Tania, Leti, David ... y Ana eres una "Crack". Han sido unas bonitas vacaciones en Familia, donde nos han tratado de maravilla, sin duda es un lugar donde volveré algún día. Quisiera añadir que hay muchos mas empleados que nos han tratado fenomenal, pero no recuerdo todos los nombres, Gracias a tod@s ellos.

Estuvimos 15 días en este maravilloso hotel, justo en la inauguración y solo tengo que decir que todo de 10. El personal desde la gente de recepción hasta jardineros, mantenimiento, camareros TODOS UN 10. Las instalaciones nuevas y la decoración perfecto. Todo pensado para convertir los dias de vacaciones en inolvidables. Los niños quieren repetir y ya tenemos reserva para el 2025.
