Établissement typique du tourisme de masse, on cherche à vous vendre du all-inclusive, il y a du monde partout, profusion de bars, restau, nourriture... Le tout avec un green-washing décomplexé et archi fake ! Le restaurant est hyper bruyant. Notre chambre (156) donnait sur le hall d'accueil et de ce fait était très bruyante en journée. L'acoustique est d'ailleurs un problème général dans cet établissement, tout est sonore! Ceci dit, on a apprécié la chambre impeccable et la vue magnifique.

We paid for a suite and AI and weren't disappointed. Our suite, 347, was fantastic and must have been refurbished comparing it with online photos. It was great having so much room and the jacuzzi was fabulous. We also had the mini bar replenished daily. The food in both the buffet restaurant and the a la carte was very good and the staff attentive and professional. I am vegetarian and could always find something to eat although labelling of all foods, not just some, in the buffet would be helpful. The grounds of the hotel are well maintained and very attractive. The only downside for some guests would be the number of steps to access some areas. We will definitely consider returning.

Si eres un poco exigente no selecciones este hotel. Sus instalaciones están muy anticuadas, así como sus habitaciones. Los colchones son viejos e incómodos, y es fundamental poder descansar cuando vas de vacaciones. Lo mejor fue el buffet, estaba bastante bien.

En la zona Royal Level todo estuvo a la altura de lo esperado. Desafortunadamente nuestra única experiencia en la otra zona fue en el Snack Bar, donde nos coincidió personal desagradable y que empiezan a desalojar a los clientes antes de la hora de cierre.

The hotel was clean but in need of modernising as it felt dated. Staff were friendly & helpful. Royal Level pool area very nice.
