Don't bother complaining if the internet does not work as nothing will get done! and, don't expect your fridge to be replenished! Been to the very expensive Royal level at this hotel twice before but standards have plummeted! Good Luck

This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting, right on the beach and near a local shop. The staff were all lovely and the service was great. It was my birthday during my stay and the hotel staff gifted me Prosecco which was such a lovely touch. The rooms were clean and the food was good. We liked the pools and the bar had a great selection for all inclusive.

Just got back from 5 night and would highly recommend this resort. Royal level really did feel like a great upgrade and made you feel special. The drinks were outstanding, all premium drinks and no expense spared. Cocktail menu was good. Staff were all super helpful and very friendly. Everyone put in loads of effort to make you feel welcome and we didn’t encounter one person who didn’t seem really happy to be working there. The food was only thing I feel could have been improved slightly as the royal level buffet was a bit mix match and hot plates didn’t really seem to keep food very hot. But we did find something nice each mealtime. We didn’t manage to try the a la carte but could have booked if we wanted. Royal level pool was freezing but the smaller jacuzzi pool was great temperature. We did wander around the rest of the resort but stayed to the royal level areas mainly as they were really peaceful and quiet. Loads of sunbeds available all day and even used cabanas some days. Never a fight for a bed and did feel exclusive and not overcrowded. Beach lovely and great little town walking distance with good selection of shops. Our room Had fantastic pool and sea view and bed was really big and comfortable. Every where felt clean and tidy, All in all a great resort and would highly recommend.

Un año más hemos disfrutado mucho en este Hotel. La atención del personal es excepcional, nada mas llegar con Marianna en la recepción, con Nando en el bar verde, Ismael en el patio canario y en general con todo el equipo. Me gustaría destacar como siempre la amabilidad y simpatía de Sonia del restaurante Atlántico, llevamos muchos años disfrutando del hotel y su simpatía y alegría se contagia en todas las mesas. Como puntos a mejorar el WiFi que daba muchos problemas. Y ya en la sección de peticiones, que se pueda cenar en el patio canario todas las nnoches y algo de animación en la zona Royal. Recomiendo el hotel a personas que quieran descansar y estar relajados con una atención inmejorable. Volveremos el año que viene! MIKEL

Our third visit to this hotel which tells you most of what you need to know. We have visited two other hotels in the vicinity and this is the one we return to Good food and brilliant staff, together with good beds and clean rooms make for a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday

Comparación con el año pasado. Muy mal. La comida muy repetitiva estando en T.I. ya no sabes que comer o cenar. Muy poca variedad. O no reponen. Y después la animación nula para tomar una copa. Todos sentados mirando al más allá. Un poco de música en vivo o un dj en esta zona vendría de perlas.

Another great stay at the Occidental Jandia Royal Level Adults Only. Great restaurant and private adult pool area. We always look forward to a stay here at the end of a visit to Europe.
