La expeirencia supera las expectativas. Valoro el trato del personal, cualificado y comprometido en especial modo Marianna Caminito Guest Experience Manager ha hecho que me sintiera bienvenida en todo momento. De la nisma manera el personal de restaurantes y bares y del equipo de limpieza , entre ellas, Funny ha sido amable en todo momento y cuidó de todos los detalles. El hotel está un poco anticuado pero con una atencion como esta volveré sin dudarlo!

El hotel está bien ubicado el servicio es muy bueno las instalaciones un poco antiguas, las piscinas muy grandes pero mal dimensionadas las profundidades en la zona royal level. Las habitaciones son enormes. En general todo bien. Un oasis de tranquilidad que es lo que buscamos.

El hotel, aunque no sea nuevo, está muy bien. Las instalaciones son buenas, la parte de Royal Level está diferenciado del resto (el acceso se hace a través de puertas que se abren con la tarjeta), y el servicio es muy bueno. A destacar: -La piscina: bastante tranquila (aunque se oye la música de la otra piscina, pero el ambiente es muy pacifico, se nota que es adults only), las hamacas son acolchadas y súper cómodas (hay tanto al sol como a la sombra y hay también disponibles camas balinesas), siempre hay huecos para tumbarse sin tener que correr a primera hora para reservar tal y como se está viendo en otros sitios, el buffet está al lado de la piscina, y hay un bar específico en esa piscina para poder tomar lo que quieras sin necesidad de salir de la piscina -El personal: los empleados son encantadores en todos los sitios (especialmente Christian y Marta del Patio Canario y Jennifer del servicio de comidas, que hicieron de nuestra estancia súper confortable) -El servicio: en general, tanto las comidas como los cócteles, son de una calidad muy alta, creo que es el mejor buffet en el que he estado, teniendo mucha variedad y mucha calidad, tanto en los alimentos de plancha (con pescados y carnes de gran calidad) como en los del resto del buffet

Hemos pasado una semana en el hotel Occidental jandia playa y Royal Level. Nos ha encantado, y parte de ello ha sido gracias al trato tan increíble que hemos recibido en nuestra estancia. En cuanto a la comida tienen mucha variedad en buffet, productos frescos y todo está muy limpio y ordenado. Es un hotel que ofrece gran cantidad de actividades, tanto para niños como para adultos y también dispone de zonas más tranquilas en Royal Level donde el descanso está garantizado. Desde que llegamos el primer día, nos atendió Jorge en recepción, a lo largo de la estancia nos ha estado solucionando todas las dudas que nos han ido surgiendo. Hay camareros encantadores en especial quiero mencionar a Crhistian y a Marta, unos profesionales de 10. Por último y no menos importante, nos ha llamado la atención y encantado a partes iguales, que el subdirector del hotel, Antonio Vargas, ha estado pendiente de que nuestra estancia haya sido buena. Sin duda un lugar idílico que estoy deseando repetir.

Gran opción para viajar en pareja ; tranquilidad , calidad y exclusividad. La oferta de Royal Level nos ha parecido bastante recomendable si buscas tranquilidad y calidad. Los bufets bien seleccionados y variados así como cómodo en el uso . Buena cockteleria en general de primeras marcas Destacar sobremanera el trato del personal, los cuales te ofrecen confianza y cercanía en el servicio , especialmente mencionar a Alicia , Jennifer y Christian de R Atlántico y Mamadou y compañeros de Bar Verde , de un trato exquisito .También Mohamed de Pájara Solo un “pero” dirigido a la empresa ( Barceló ) ; creemos que en determinados momentos hay escasez de personal en alguno de los bares o restaurantes. Aun así el personal que hay lo suple con mucha diligencia En definitiva repetiríamos y repetiremos.
