Good Points Lovely and clean. Comfy beds, good size rooms. Good location to shops and beach. Plenty of sun loungers all day. Some good night entertainment. Able to use hotel towels for the pool. Bad points Air Con wouldn’t work in the room. Wi-Fi is rubbish. Food is not good they absolutely do not cater for kids, very German centred cuisine. Dining room too small. Boring during the day hardly anything going on. Rude Germans who have zero manners. Pool is Icy cold and because it’s not that hot there it’s unpleasant. Some rude staff. Snack bar was lame. Not the hotels fault but very very windy.

Ubicación es en primera línea a la playa tan espectacular y céntrico a tiendas, y ocio. El hotel es excelente y todos los aspectos, Personal muy amable y profesional, habitaciones muy cómodos, restaurante con mucho variedad y buen calidad de cuisine. Fabulosa zona de piscina con Bar y terrazas con mucho espacio y 2 jacuzzis con vistas del mar. Excelente Shows nocturno. Limpieza y mantenimiento es impecable .

El mejor hotel de la isla. La ubicación un 10. Pero eso es lo de menos porque la maravilla de personal que te atiende es extraordinaria. Ya solo por el trato y el cariño con que atienden vale la pena volver. Gracias a pepe de la recepción, Mohamed en desayunos y muchos más personal. Un 10. Muchas gracias por hacer de mi estancia un sueño de vacaciones.

We had a truly wonderful holiday, lovely staff, who were also funny at times, great entertainment, and the location is perfect. We received an upgrade in terms of our room, so that a family member who arrived a day later had a room right next to ours, that was very kind and thoughtfully arranged. Of course, like in any hotel, there are a few small points for improvement, but they're so minor that I don’t even feel the need to mention them here. We had a really great week at R2 Buganvilla and would love to come back

Top Lage, das Meer vor der Nase an einer Stelle wo man auch "nur'' schwimmen kann. Leckeres Essen, im Mai kaum Kinder und persönlich muss ich ja sagen: Top Betten, schön fest und riesig :D Zimmer im allgemeinen gut, die Anlage des Hotels mit kleinem Pool reicht zum Mittagspause einlegen wenn es am Strand zu heiß wird. Nette Lädchen, Bars und Eisdielen zu Fuß zu erreichen (von 5 bis zu 20min weg). Niedliche Hörnchen wohnen ganz nah, die sind am besten nachmittags zu besuchen und ihr währt überrascht wie gut mittlerweile da deutsch gesprochen und verstanden wird. My partner and I stayed at R2 Buganvilla in Morro Jable, arriving back in the UK 9 May. The hotel is not as large as many of it's neighbours, which in my mind is no bad thing. The hotel is in a great location facing the nature reserve and the sea. Although the clientele are predominantly German most of the staff speak some English and all the reception area certainly do, mainly a very high degree. The animation team Gregory and Leah did a great job keeping the children (although not many whilst we were there) and adults entertained. The selection of food was excellent and we were always spoilt for choice. Downsides? Not enough drawer space in the room and who designed the awful sink in the bathroom must be a nightmare to clean? All in all we couldn't fault the hotel

Sehr schönes Hotel unweit von Promenade und Strand. Äußerst freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen. Saubere und weitgehend zweckmäßige Zimmer, leider fehlen im Schrank Ablagemöglichkeiten. Abwechslungsreiches, sehr schmackhaftes Essensangebot zu allen Mahlzeiten. Wir kommen wieder! Wir haben im Vorfeld schlechte Kritiken über das Essen gefunden, können diese aber in keinster Weise nachvollziehen. Die Kommentierenden sollten eher vor Abgabe der Bewertungen kritisch über ihre Bewertungsmaßstäbe nachdenken, oder aber ein Hotel mit Sterneküche auswählen und dann aber auch den entsprechenden Preis bezahlen.

Wir haben uns unwahrscheinlich wohl gefühlt. Alles war richtig gut. Im Hotel sind hauptsächlich Deutsche. An der Rezeption wird auch sehr gut deutsch gesprochen. Die Zimmer ( wir hatten eine Juniorsuite, kennen aber auch die einfachen DZ mit Meerblick) sind geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und der Zimmerservice ist außergewöhnlich gut. Alles ist sauber. Am Pool gibt es genügend Liegen, sowohl für Sonnenanberer als auch für Schatten Suchende.
