they made to wait us for one hour to provide room and they also didn't gave air conditioner remote .

We reached hotel at 1 pm but room was not ready hence waited approx 20 min then went to room. All basic facilities available except kettle and tea coffee schache

Very bad hospitality
worst food, it was smelly and awful taste
even no complementary water
very slow service, it took an hour to give a jug of water the food was too bad to eat, i had to left it all
breakfast was also very bad, i ordered a veg sandwich they just gave me bread layered with mayo and cabbage that's it. Also didn't even give me the final gst bill

hotel reception is ok but room is very old, 90's style, old style blanket, bathroom is too bad, toilet jet leaking, led light 2 😭not removed last 30yrd. no

Room was smelly all the time, internet service is so bad and we asked them to change bed sheets because they are dirty. Other then this location and food was good.
