Good part:
the hotel asia heritage is at a good location with good common amenities. Food is good. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Not so good part:
rooms are substandard and you will not feel it's a four star hotel room. Foyer on the upper level is very dark with little or no lighting, dirty carpets and gives scary feelings. Overall it's a 'just fine' hotel with good common amenities and poor rooms. It's not worth the 4 star rating for value for money.

The hotel was good in location wise but the quality of food is not great as per the hotel charged. The food is extra costly like 5 star hotels but the quality was very poor.

The hotel is at prime location and easily accessible. Room size is good. Toiletries provided. Washroom lights needs further improvement. Centralised ac however ac remote pannel needed for internal adjustment. Breakfast items needs to be added. However overall rating is good.
