Hotel was very near at railway station The hospitality was great Feel like home The staff was ossom especially reception staff I want to thanks to all staff for made my stay was good especially Ms Manisha she is really kind ... And housekeeping staff also good Food are tasty and delicious everything was good we definitely visit next time for only hotel zone 👍

I had a stay hotel zone park jammu it was great experience all staff are very very helpful and friendly especially Ms manisha Karan and isha they are to good and helpful check in process are very smooth the restaurant bazaar are very excellent rooms are very clean everything was perfect Thanks team zone park

We had a smooth check-in experience, thanks to Mr. Neeraj from the front desk, who was quick to assist us and even provided an upgrade to a deluxe room. The room was excellent, equipped with all modern amenities, and the housekeeping staff was always available and eager to help. Breakfast was delightful, with great service from Ganesh and Sonika, who were always attentive and ready to serve. Overall, the team showed remarkable teamwork and professionalism. A big thank you to the management of The Park for making our stay enjoyable.

Good staff and ambiance. Ganesh ,Sonika and kartik all are amazing, look and care about all guests as a home. Take care of all needs and welcome with smiles. Morning become good by doing hello hi with these guys. Breakfast ,dinner tastes good only parathas can be little bit thin so that it will look like home cook. Rajiv Parmar

Though i stayed for just a night but it was very comfortable and had a very courteous staff. The restaurant was clean and good, loved the service of mr. Ashok in the restaurant. He ensured we had a great and memorable meal.
