If you wanted to catch train for tmrrow, this is the best location to stay. Even in walking distance, u may go to nearest local shopping shop to eat and find things. Its like a bazaar about 500m from the hotel. However, need to bear with announcement of train untill 12.00 am, but still ok. Tq to Mr Ram the Manager there for the great service. He help me a lot to book the train ticket.

- The hotel location is good. The only challenge is the continuous railway announcements coming to you. But that is bearable. - The front desk is really helpful. I was tired from a trip and they helped me check in a couple of hours before the scheduled check-in time seeing my tiredness. - Good ambience overall with a separate dining area and secured lifts. - The toilet (room# 201) was dirty - specifically the WC. - Bathroom exhaust fan is too noisy. - No wardrobes. - Delayed service - asked for shower caps as caps are available on demand only. It took almost an hour to deliver after repetitive calls. - They need to consider providing an electric water kettle in the room seriously. The common area service for tea/coffee and hot water is good. But does not provide the right level of service and comfort. - If someone wants to drink multiple glasses of warm water, the person needs to go and sit there. - Morning tea, you need to go outside the room I think considering the cost of an electric kettle, it could be more economical and manageable.

In winter condition no hot water was available, after complaining many times only fake commitment was given by the staff.No digital keys was operational and technical problem claimed every time.Very rude approach.Breakfast was also not as per standard.

Visited in winter and their central geyser was not working... was terrible. Had to ask for kettle and bucket for bath. No kettle was provided also in the description it was there. Will not recommend.

will have to improve a lot upon the maintenance of the property. the lenin and towels ect needs to be replaced.

Not a place for Business Travelers Services are not upto the mark , Kind of oyo rooms you can use it for emergency purpose to catch a latenight train only . No Cofee/Tea maker in Room you need to use lobby for this . No water Tap in washroom housekeeping staff asked to use the same flush pipe for washing foots . A big Rat in main hotel lobby which shows how unhygeine the place is . No cordination in staff ; asked same things thrice with 3 diffrent people but not avilable
