If you wanted to catch train for tmrrow, this is the best location to stay. Even in walking distance, u may go to nearest local shopping shop to eat and find things. Its like a bazaar about 500m from the hotel. However, need to bear with announcement of train untill 12.00 am, but still ok. Tq to Mr Ram the Manager there for the great service. He help me a lot to book the train ticket.

- The hotel location is good. The only challenge is the continuous railway announcements coming to you. But that is bearable.
- The front desk is really helpful. I was tired from a trip and they helped me check in a couple of hours before the scheduled check-in time seeing my tiredness.
- Good ambience overall with a separate dining area and secured lifts.
- The toilet (room# 201) was dirty - specifically the WC.
- Bathroom exhaust fan is too noisy.
- No wardrobes.
- Delayed service - asked for shower caps as caps are available on demand only. It took almost an hour to deliver after repetitive calls.
- They need to consider providing an electric water kettle in the room seriously. The common area service for tea/coffee and hot water is good. But does not provide the right level of service and comfort.
- If someone wants to drink multiple glasses of warm water, the person needs to go and sit there.
- Morning tea, you need to go outside the room
I think considering the cost of an electric kettle, it could be more economical and manageable.

shower was very nice, room was a esthetically vintage, loves the ironing and coffee service, room was spacious, very near to station. although, there were frequent wifi problems. There shud be better lighting, as there were dim lights in the rooms. Definitely worth the price.

I have opted for early check in but i received my room at 1 pm after my business meeting was over. I have ordered room services for food but it was so bad in tasted and was served cold.
