Casa Beach Hotel "Casa Del Mar"

After the rather positive first impression when entering the lobby, everything else is more than mediocre... - We arrive at noon in the room, no towels, we have to wait until 6 p.m. for 2 mops to be brought to us (all the towels are frayed and look more like old garage rags than anything else...). And it will be like that EVERY day! Forced to ask for towels every day!! 4 hangers in the room... we ask for extra but we are told that the hotel is full and that they have taken the hangers from our room to give them to the others! :-) Despite the raised tone, nothing happened during the entire stay... namely: they only have one hair dryer for the entire hotel 😔 - the food: TERRIBLE! Breaded, breaded, fries, no sauce, no taste, it looks ugly on the plate. Forced to cancel our full board and go eat all meals in the hotel next door! - The staff: they are grumpy or worse, they don't care about you! There are 15 of them at the bar but you're just lucky if only one of them gets up to serve you... - and finally, the pool deckchairs (which by the way are disgusting with stained and torn mattresses) overlook a concrete wall at the foot of which you have a pile of horrible stones, so the sea view isn't great... There you go, you've been warned :-)

Excellentissime Comment décrire ce magnifique hôtel. Je n’ai jamais vu une équipe aussi bienveillante, chaleureuse, au petit soin . J’ai adoré mon séjour, l’hôtel est très intimiste avec une magnifique déco. La piscine est top, les chambres sont tous les jours nettoyées plusieurs fois par jours . Les services proposées sont à la hauteur voir au dessus de nos attentes . Que dire vraiment nous avons été très très bien reçu, le personnel rien à dire ils sont tous adorable . Vraiment je recommande .

Pas trop de chambre - 24 chambres déco moderne et épuré même si un peu minimaliste Prix du déjeuner et dîner très raisonnable-entre 10 et 13 dollars pr un plat copieux Boisson raisonnable- 1 dollar la bouteille d eau - 2 dollars le soda - 3 dollars la bière- entre 7 et 10 dollars le cocktail Chambre simple et agréable Canapés intérieurs et extérieurs très sympa Le soir les femmes de ménage passent un coup de balai, font le lit, ferment les moustiquaires et passent un produit contre les moustiques Changement des 2 bouteilles d eau pr les dents tous les jours Coup de propre ds la journée : rangement et lit fait Très belle vue

Come sempre passiamo parte del nostro lungo soggiorno a Zanzibar al "Casa Beach Hotel" perchè per noi è la struttura perfetta dove soggiornare a Jambiani , struttura moderna con piscina spettacolare, posizione Top , Staff amichevole , cibo delizioso e un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, tuttavia , l'ultima volta Dicembre 23 / gennaio 24 non tutto era andato per il verso giusto , ma fortunatamente il soggiorno è stato perfetto e ha superato le nostre aspettative! Già dalla prenotazione dall'Italia Kais, reservation Manager, ci ha assegnato una bella camera al piano superiore in ottima posizione con vista mare e non ho avuto alcun problema di allergia, sempre super pulita con cambio biancheria frequente ,grazie alle house skipping Bea ed Evarina per le decorazioni sul letto!!! , anche se al completo non abbiamo mai trovato confusione e anche se per cena non prenotavamo un tavolo, ce ne hanno sempre trovato uno, un grazie a Tamasha , Juma , Ramma e a tutti gli altri ragazzi . Con grande sorpresa il primo giorno , ci ha accolto il nuovo Manager Mr. Vijay, una persona gentile, professionale ,un vero supervisore! sempre presente e attento alla cura del cliente e dell'Hotel dal primo momento che lo abbiamo incontrato c'è stata subito sintonia, tanto che una sera ci ha organizzato una deliziosa cena indiana ! , bravissimi anche i ragazzi alla reception in primis il mitico Edwin che ci hanno sempre assistito in ogni nostra richiesta. Come sempre abbiamo apprezzato la colazione a buffet di qualità, moltissima frutta tropicale , yougurt naturale , pancake, crape, torte, frittelle, uova, succhi , opzioni salate , te, caffè, latte e tanto altro... Ottimo anche il Ristorante con un menu' rinnovato con l'aggiunta di piatti indiani oltre ai piatti del giorno e pizza , come sempre preparati con maestria sotto la supervisione dello Chef Philippe e il suo Team , bella anche l'idea degli stuzzichini offerti agli ospiti all'ora dell'aperitivo, pizzette, patatine, frittelle ( per il Ristorante faro' una recensione a parte). Anche il giardino era piu' pulito e curato , spero la prossima volta di trovare la doccia esterna che sono anni che la consigliamo! In conclusione, è stato un bellissimo soggiorno ! Queríamos agradecer a todo el Staff del hotel por el trato recibido en este viaje. Han sido pocos días pero nos han demostrado su hospitalidad, amabilidad y profesionalidad. Son un equipo joven que sabe estar a la altura del lugar donde trabajan. Recomiendo totalmente este alojamientos, tanto para familias como parejas. Ambiente tranquilo, muy buena comida e instalaciones limpias y cuidadas. Podríamos mencionar a todos pero ahora mismo recuerdo a Ahmed. Mil gracias a todo el equipo y enhorabuena por el trabajo.
