What impressed us most was the friendliness of the staff. Great service! The reception immediately makes you feel truly welcome. The rooms, styled like small houses nestled together, were very nice and well-furnished. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are available, all close to the very large pool. You can also enjoy time in the shade on a private path surrounded by palm trees. Or you can head a little further towards the beach, where you can easily bear the midday heat under small reed roofs. All in all, a great location. Tours and massages are booked by the lovely Margret. We had a rental car, which we really appreciated, allowing us to be more spontaneous and free. Even a Stone Town tour was no problem. Even restaurants a little further away were easy to reach. There are two small negative points. 1. The dinner received a poor rating. We had much more delicious and better food next door at the local restaurant. 2. After a few days, the pool was covered in suntan oil and other residue, so we didn't enjoy using it anymore, which is a shame. The cleaning really needs to be more effective and more frequent. Nevertheless, we would come back and would definitely recommend it. All in all, a great vacation!

Whether it was recommendations for the best spots in town or their quick service at any hour, they made every moment special. Margaret and her team are excellent. Douglas was also amazing. The rooms? Immaculate and beautifully designed with stunning ocean views – waking up to the sound of waves was a dream! ️ And don’t even get me started on the food – fresh, delicious, and so many options to choose from. the waiting staff are all brilliant Ismael was very good and was very warm and welcoming. The Chef Phil was excellent. But what really stood out? The vibe! The hotel radiates fun and relaxation, perfect for couples, families, or solo travelers. ♂️ Whether you’re lounging by the pool, sipping cocktails on the beach, or joining them in the evening, there’s something for everyone. I can’t recommend Fun Beach Hotel enough – if you’re planning your next holiday, this is the spot. Trust me, you won’t want to leave! ✨
