Very terrible service and zero customer care. They gave us the wrong time for their free snorkelling service, after booking and told us we missed it. Such an inconvenience for our day plans. The bathrooms reeks and is unpleasant.

Son unos ladrones. Hice una reserva por booking y a casi un año vista me cobraron el importe. Cancelé la reserva y sigo esperando el dinero después de más de 4 meses y miles de llamadas y correos electrónicos. CUIDADO!!!

Don’t visit this hotel!!!!! This has been the most awful experience ever - here are reasons why… 1. There’s ants in the food (we were getting ready to eat our breakfast, then we took a peace of bread - it was FILLED with ANTS and not just a little - it was everywere, everywere!!! When we told the staff they didn’t do anything about it - they just smiled, we didn’t even get a ned plate!!! 2. There’s eggshells in the eggs, that we get each morning - again the staff did nothing about it!!!!! 3. Then we ordered pancakes for breakfast - they were raw!!!!!! (Let’s just say if Gordon Ramsey were here, he wouldn’t be pleased with the food at all) - it’s freaking disgusting!! 4. And if that isn’t enough there is also FILLED with hair in the food!! - again disgusting!! 5. They say that there is free wifi at the hotel, but there isn’t - it isn’t working all the time!!!! 6. The staff is awful - they don’t understand a word of english - when you try order something they dont understand anything at all - it takes them 30min. to get 1 order right! 7. When you get here, you would expect that they have towels for every guest (because it says so on their website) they don’t - we were travelling 10 together only 5 of us got towels - the rest first got the towels after 3 days - they dont have a supplie for every guest! 8. There are huge rats running around at night - because there are garbage laying around - the kids got really scared when they saw the rats, which is understandable!! 9. In generel the staff is very slow - we ordered 2 beers and a mojito - it took them 20 min to get it to us! 10. There aren’t any places where you can sit together and play! 11. The pictures on the website doesn’t live up to the reality at all - it’s completely different - let’s just say you’ll get really dissapointed when you get here!!! So let’s just say that if you are considering going - DON’T!! It’s really, really terrible. I Will diffenitly never be going here again!!!

Manque flagrant de propreté : serviettes tachées, draps douteux, rouille sur les installations (notamment les clés), état general de la chambre très questionable, crasse visible sur les extérieurs, piscine peu entretenue. - Aucun article de toilette fourni (pas même du savon douche), contrairement à ce qui est généralement prévu pour ce type d’établissement. - Le baignoire/spa mentionné est en réalité situé à l’étage supérieur. Qui plus est était vide, sale à notre arrivée. L’hôtel nous a fait part, à notre surprise, que c’était à nous de la mettre en eau et que cela prenait du temps. - Accueil très approximatif : la personne sur place semblait découvrir notre réservation à notre arrivée, ne nous a donné aucune information sur notre séjour (horaires de l’établissement, code Wi-Fi, activités alentours). - Infrastructures inquiétantes : notamment les rambardes trop basses dans la chambre. Les escaliers pour accéder au 3e étage, posent eux aussi un vrai problème de sécurité. L’établissement fait très abimé par le temps, ce qui ne paraît pas sur les photos - Ambiance générale peu rassurante et non conforme à ce qui était présenté au moment de la réservation.

Réservation faite via booking pour juin 2026 avec annulation gratuite et paiement prevu en décembre 2025. Le lendemain la 50% de la Réservation avait été prelever sur mon compte. Plusieurs mail envoyer mais aucune réponse. J'ai annulé ma réservation fun juin. Nous somme le 22 juillet je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé et il font les mort. La responsabilité de booking est engagée je vais donc exigée un remboursement de leur part.

Pili pili is a dirty, stinky, moldy place. Food is awful. They are cheating bills or cancel your reservation and do not return money. Avoid this place. Scammers!

Scam, this hotel chain needs removed from all service providers immediately. I am going to report them for corruption to the authorities. I went back twice with the police but there is only so much they can do, but I will be posting everywhere I can to make it known that Pilipili is a corrupt establishment.
