Location of hotek is in very crowded market no dedicated place for parking car has to be parked on road entrance and receiption are not good check in process is smooth hotel is not well maintained lobby area and lift are very poor rooms are compact and not well maintained bedsheet and towels were clean bathroom is not clean at all tv is of medium size and working overall not good experience

very bad experience with neelam residency..they don't have clean commode of toilet🚽 and not with jetfog..shower is not working and towels are muddy not washed ...staff not coperative after complaint ...and that uttam bhojnalaya food literally discustting..not good in taste and too much expensive...very bad experience with this stay...

Room was very small. Tv was not working properly. Except thali system no food facility was available. Telephone was not working.

The hotel does not even deserve 1 star rating but there was no provision for giving no star. Given below are the issues. - the hotel and the room was absolutely pathetic in cleanliness, especially the room which was seen with dust and cobwebs all around and more so inside the bathroom. - the bucket and mug in the bathroom was very slimy which i cleaned personally. - one of the walls in the room was seen with pan spit stains. - in the cabinet there was no rod to put up the hangers. Also old torn newspapers were seen inside the cabinet placed as some kind of mat. - in the morning there was no hot water for some time. When i informed the same to the reception they sent an attendant across to check who informed me to open the left tap for 5 mins and then the right tap for 5 mins and check ! - the ac remote was all damaged and stuck with cello tape and was not working properly. Even the swing of the ac (internal unit) was not working. Even if we get the hotel complimentary next time, we would not like to stay there.
