PÉSIMA ATENCION Y SERVICIO
En el hotel Invirtieron “más/menos” en instalaciones con algunos acabados MAL seleccionados (p.e. el piso de baños NO es antiderrapante, hay poca presión de agua en regadera entre otros) pero en lo que es notorio que no invirtieron NADA es en capacitación del personal. PÉSIMA actitud trato descortés e indolente. Les di oportunidad dado que me he hospedado 4 veces ahí. NUNCA más lo volveré a hacer. Tienen políticas ridiculas, el costo no es tan económico no hay elevador. En fin, NO lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.

Great Stay… streets around do suck
Everything when it came from the Hotel was good, really bad part was that the streets around are under construction so it was VERY INCONVENIENT. The whole downtown is horrible when it comes to traffic. Won’t stay around the area unless I’m sure that all of the construction around is over.

Promise not honoured
I arrived two hours before check-in and was assured to have two single rooms facing the front. By the time I checked in just before 3pm they second front facing room was given away to someone else. My friend and I were then separated onto two floors with only one front facing room. No apology was given as a result.
