Nice hotel within the city of Jalandhar. Hygiene was ok, service was good. However I waited 45 minutes for a cup of tea and there was no parking space like written in the description. Breakfast had limited choice. We chose the room specially for the bath but only the cold water was working.

The buffet was great so fresh so amazing snacks were outstanding and main course was more superb.. its a damm must try for everyone both locals and international people.. staff is very humble polite and cooperative.. treats everyone with high proffesionalism and respect. Would love to go again.

Location is decent. The rooms could be renovated at this point. Restaurant is understaffed. Lounge was closed.

I am a regular guest at this hotel and always had a great time, but this time i found the place very mismanaged. The employees didn't know where the rooms were, people always looked confused. May be due to all the employees being changed hope they improve with time again.
