The radisson was a lovely experience just a slight damp smell in room at times. Also so much more could be done in the eve outside pool area.

Staff are very helpful and polite. The hotel id very nice . The location of the hotel is very nice just located in the center of the city and very much convient.

Great service. I felt at home and so relaxed. Thank you for a great stay. Their kulchas and chole puri are absolutely a must! I was here for two nights and the bedding and room service was comfortable. The staff is exceptional and very attentive.

Do not stay at this hotel if you value your sleep. We requested a quiet room and were assured at checkin that this would the case. On first night we had very loud music from a wedding keeping us up. We called the duty manager and were assured that latest by 11.30 to 12 the music would stop. It was only after we relentlessly complained that the music was stopped at 1.30 am. During this time we were presented with multiple excuses. Day 2 met with another duty manager to gain assurance that we would not be disturbed again, that there is no event etc. However in the evening there was loud noise coming from the room above us. After many phone calls we learned that there was a kitty party taking place above us. We had to move in the middle of the night. Upon checkout no apologies, no attempt by general manager to contact us. Happy to take your money, but don’t care about your well-being. Staff do not find out what the real issue is and provide generic excuses.

As always we received the best of service with high standards of ambience food and customer service. A special mention of Mrs.Jyoti who ensured that function goes smooth and as planned. This was our second annual meet at the hotel. Would Like to Thank the entire team at banquet

A good hotel to stay in Jalandhar, but needs few improvements in the bathroom, which has no extractor fan and it gets very steamy after using the shower. The A/C only blows cold air. Rooms lack ventilation. All the staff members were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. Location is also good being next to a small mall.

The best memorable stay I had ever had heritage like feeling.delicious food.value for money.staff is very helpfull. The rooms are awesome well maintained neat and clean.ambience of the rooms was marvelous.one should must visit this place once in a lifetime.

We had an excellent stay at the Radisson Jalandhar. The staff are exceptional, nothing was too much trouble and they were always very polite and friendly. I will certainly be back and will also recommend to family and friends. Only down side is the noise from other guests coming back to their rooms late at night, it often woke us up!
