Location is good, but poor management. Loud DJ all night till 1am midnight. Asked for extra bed for kid, was given a super hard single mattress kept on the floor. Pathetic service, will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms are good but service and reception are not good at all - the receptionist was very rude and kept us waiting ***** with kids at reception at midnight - very unprofessional service

Nice property with Excellent service.quick checkin & checkout.room are well maintained and well cleaned ...good speed of internet specially bathrooms are neat and clean ,rooms are so comfortable....well maintained professionally...entire staff was polite. Quick response if u ask them something..i really enjoy my stay..i prefer to stay at best western summerlea jalandhar.

Nice rooms with balcony ....clening was proper. Wash rooms are neat and clean restaurent was ambience with multi cuisines food is tasty even the breakfast was up to mark with different varieties...front desk staff and service was good polite and helpful staff hi speed internet was awesome overall I really enjoy my stay with all comfort....one of best hotel in jalandhar

Best hotel to stay in jalandhar....everything was perfect front desk team was helpful and caring rooms are neat and clean high speed wifi Breakfast is really good enough varity of breakfast in buffet Fast service. House keeping staff is very kind and helpful. Entire stay was perfect nice keep it up best western team

One of the best property of the town. Food was delicious and breakfast spread was very good. Staff is very professional and always on the toes to help us. Cleanliness of the property is top notch and rooms are well maintained. Will surely recommend this hotel.

Room was quite comfy and spacious and the staff particularly was quite helpful and polite. Good ambience and very well secured.
