I created a booking on 11 december 2022. I choose d book now pay later option and unfortunately i didn't checked in due to some issue and i try calling on hotel number for cancellation but the number given was not in service, actually there motto is make money once you've booked room with make my trip it's confirmed weather you checked in or not you have to pay for it i choose book now pay at hotel option. And make my trip pay himself and now sending my bill with penalty 100 rupee per day through simple pay. I am calling make my trip from 20 days, they always make excuse that hotel number is switched off. Bla bla bla etc. And told me that we are raising your issue it will be solved in 24, or 48 hours and we will call back i didn't receive any call back and the penalty charges or going daily today i called and they told that hotel denayed us to refund. Please don't book through make my trip this cheap d grade hotel
