The breakfast buffet provides excellent food. The staff offers helpful and friendly service. The location is conveniently situated near transportation hubs. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The hotel is good. The presidential suite room was spacious, although the toiletries were inadequate. I have had been staying with them in the past as well and it was always a treat to stay with them. This time, i believe, the manager and the staff at the reception might have changed. Their way of talking and body language was quite rude. I was expecting visitors to meet me in my room as i had been meeting in the past during my stay with them but this time, they were not allowed. That's fine with the hotel policy. I think it was a mistake on my part for not having gone through their policy and relying on my past experience with them. So, i rented their board room for exorbitant inr 6000+ taxes for meeting the visitors. That's also fine but the least they could do is at-least give some training to their not so hospitable staff to at-least handle such conflict situations in the most hospitable and polite manner possible instead of showing attitude over room call or in person at the reception. Their body language, the way they talked and behaved as if they were talking to a roadside vendor. The food served in the board room was awesome but the management needs a good food for thought to train the staff on behavioral issues. I am not going to book it again anytime in future but yes, the management should at-least get a surprise audit done on the behaviour of the hotel staff towards their guests.
