Attended a wedding and we are happy with the hotel we picked. We had a total of 4rooms booked. The free breakfast was a great place to mingle and discuss the days events. Thank you Priya for having chai ready for us. The only issue was no hot water in a couple of rooms but that was sorted out.

Hotel is good, hospitality is perfect, good is excellent. Only issue is check in time. It should be maximum 12. 30 pm since most of people preferred to be there between 11. 30 to 12 30. Further shatabdi also reached by 12 10. 2. 00 pm is very late. Hotel should be flexible on checking in before 2. 00 pm.

Rooms where not as shown on picture Showers did not work Bathroom flooded Very poor service at breakfast Had to chase for towels This more like 2 star hotel not 4 star Kettle did not work in the room Rooms not clean Bathrooms very old and dated Reception services poor don’t understand what you asking Poor security anyone could walk in
