Located on GT road near Jalandhar Cantt Railway station outskirts from city, many mall & resorts are nearby. Very well maintained rooms and staff is also friendly, stayed for a day only over all recommended to stay while travelling to Jalandhar

Most pathetic stay in the hotel if you are looking for comfort. This hotel is place for weddings and parties, music plays loud till 12am. The room walls were shaking and the staff plays deaf ears. Be careful and do check if they have any social events planned (which are there on daily basis). The quality of breakfast was equally bad and most of the stuff was cold.

I find this on the recommendation of my best friend, it is really good but in the spa no nail extensions please add it and room was very comfy and and staff is really good also the food was amazing

First of all i wonder how come make my trip can categorise this hotel as 5 star. Sub standard staff at reception. At breakfast sub standard staff was clueless. How to serve. They hot the same paranthas which they made early. Tea was served in 30 minutes. Even live counter was terrible was not making the items appropriately. Looks the owner has hired max staff from a particular place for cost cutting. It was a total mess.

Nice property. Everything was excellent. Staff was good. Front desk, f&b, housekeeping team was very helpful, overall experience was good. Food taste was awesome.

Poor service at check out. Made us wait over 2 hrs. There is no concept of service. Mngr had fix the bill. The front desk person had no concept of how to address the change in room rate from double occupancy to single occupancy. Also lost laundry

some bad experience like no welcome on gate while coming to hotel and take us to our room, it was dark in room area and we got confused also swimming pool full of dirty particles was not good , no arrangement for clean the water 💧
