location is close,convenient,clean,service is ok

The check-in was smooth and fast. The front desk welcomed us with a smile. Room was basic but with an Amazing view! Two choices of view for the bright room given. We chose the one overlooking the city and Senayan stadium. It was the 45th floor and the view was stunning both day and night. Attended a concert at Indonesia Arena. About 18 to 20 minutes walk to the venue. Breakfast spread was good with ample varieties available (both western and local). MRT station is about 5 mins walk and 2 stations to Block M area.

No extension cord, no adapter for foreigners plug for support, old TV no Netflix no Youtube About service I have asked for cutlery at the lobby then the concierge staff said should be call 0 I accept to do that coz in that time he was quite busy After that I was calling to room service (number 0) as the staff told me One of room service staff guy picked up and told me that this is not for request stuff Must call number 1 So I said the staff at the lobby told me to do this So how can I get a cutlery from this hotel?! So this is the experience that i got from this hotel 👏🏻👏🏻 I paid for Grand Deluxe Room to get this exp what a shame There is no denying that this hotel has a good location to stay for whom has a plan to see the concert this is the only one reason I will come back here if I do have plan to see the concert next time It’s very near and convenient

Very good, more satisfying than expected. Living and eating nearby are convenient. There is a lot of food. You can withdraw money directly from the supermarket opposite.

This is my first time staying at Lee Green Suite Tondano Pejompongan. I am very happy because it is close to the city center and the staff is friendly. Thank you Lee Green Suite Tondano Pejompongan, always progress.

To be honest, choosing this hotel just because it’s close to my business trip appointments, I was actually quite disappointed since the booking process. The hotel is very old but clean, location is good which is no complaint about on accessibility. However, no phone in the room saying PABX brokers (first time ever I heard of with my 20+ years hotel experiences), you can’t ask for extra bottle of water. Request that none could be attended to on bedding. When we checked in after official check in time that was told room isn’t available. Until I refused to accept as I did have appointment to catch. On the good side, room is spacious but it’s like 30 years old without any renovations. Not sure if I would ever come back staying here again if I visit Jakarta again.

The hotel is nice and beautiful. However there is a room for improvement. The room space a bit small but I guess with that price is okay. The room is not sound proof. I stayed at level 5 which is just 1 level from the rooftoo cafe. They are open that soace for event at night. I stayed there 3 nights and got birthday/wedding event and etc. The sound a bit loud and I can hear them clearly in my room. And not only that, I can hear the sound of furniture being moved, prehaps that sound were during restaurant closing. Cant sleep soundly before 1am. I suggest for this who wanted to stay here, can have level 1-4 and avoid 5 if you want to have a good sleep. The breakfast is ok for me. Simple but nice. The service quite okay but they did not change the bed cover daily tho I stay for 4 days and 3 nights. The location is good, got coffee shop, convenient store and street food nearby. However, if you intend to go shopping at the central jakarta - GI/PI/Thamrin City/Tanah Abang, this is not the best place. The hotel is just near but because of traffic jam, 30-40mins to arrive to that central jakarta. Would suggest to stay near Thamrin City. The street food nearby is nice and cheap. I enjoy the night snacking around. Bakso nearby is damn good. Overall, I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

The hotel’s location is excellent. Conveniently connected by an underground walkway. Service was great as well. I was expecting a parcel to arrive before check-in, and Anggara kindly assured me he would receive it on my behalf. The room was spacious and comfortable too. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay!

A very pleasant moment to be able to stay at Cove Senja. A very cozy, comfortable place in the middle of Jakarta City. The reason for choosing Cove Senja is because it is close to the main stadium of Gelora Bung Karno Jakarta to give support to the Indonesian National Team against Bahrain.
