Hotels in Thamrin, Jakarta

Stayed here with family in the 3-bedroom apartment. The apartment was very comfortable and well-designed, with we had a great stay. The location of the hotel is top-notch. It is very central and within walking distance to a lot of the major malls - so shopping and food are all within very easy reach. Breakfast can be improved, as there weren't many options available. Will stay here again on my next trip!

Excellent location with exceptional service. Everyone from the person welcoming us  at the entrance upon arrival to the last person who bid us goodbye had done so sincerely with a smile. Will definitely come back to stay!

An excellent hotel. Room was so lovely and spacious. Bed was so comfortable. The view was breathtaking from the 88th floor. Service was impeccable. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was great. Very convenient. Nearby to the Great Indonesia Mall and also Plaza Indonesia. Breakfast was lovely. Food were all delicious. Would definitely be staying there again if I’m ever in Jakarta.

I did not really have any time to try out the amenities. The rooms are nice, a tad small but is okay for short stays. Needs to have a upgrade in terms of TV, boiler and Minibar. The walls and floor makes the hotel seem very old despite having the Pullman name. Should really consider doing some works on the hotel. The staffs are nice and amazing but the telephonr line seems to have a lot of distortion so it was not easy to communicate well.

This time, I won't review the hotel itself, as the whole of Indonesia already knows that this hotel is very beautiful, clean, and perfect. I just want to give a brief review of the service from the staff based on my observations, not as a guest staying there. Oh yes! Before that, for everyone's knowledge, I own a travel agency, and I booked rooms at this hotel for 2 nights for my clients, who are two VIP families from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. They stayed in rooms 1701, 1703, 1709, and 1711. It's usual for me to personally accompany VIP clients to their chosen holiday destination, and this time they chose to go to Jakarta and Bandung. Naturally, the Grand Hyatt was their top choice. On the morning of the second day they stayed here, I arrived at the hotel as early as 7:00 am to check if my clients had gone down to the café for breakfast, but upon checking at the front desk, it turned out they were still in their rooms. At this time, I started interacting with one of the café staff members, whose name I forgot to ask. I inquired if there was any possibility of purchasing a drink at the café while waiting for my guests to come down for breakfast. Unfortunately, the staff member said there were no transactions during that time as it was reserved for hotel guests to have breakfast until 10:30 am. Understanding the rules of every hotel, I then asked if there was a place for me to wait. He then led me to a dining table outside the café and offered me a drink. I was very surprised because he offered me a glass of hot latte (I hope the hotel does not take action against him for giving me a free drink 😁). This kind of service can truly win the hearts of customers and greatly increase the likelihood of them returning. Thank you.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the service was absolutely impeccable. We were warmly welcomed at the front desk with a refreshing drink and pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a room overlooking Bandaran. Upon entering our room, we found a thoughtful anniversary surprise waiting for us. One evening, while dining at the hotel restaurant, they delighted us yet again with a special anniversary cake. There wasn’t a single thing I could fault about this hotel—service, location, and ambiance were all perfect. A heartfelt thank you to Jennifer, Shifa, Yani, Palma, and Salvina for their exceptional care throughout our stay!

The rooms are clean, comfortable, with a modern concept, making you feel at home. The staff service is friendly, fast, responsive and professional, making your stay very enjoyable. Serviced suites with thoughtful touches and amenities. It’s located beside the upcoming Pan Pacific Jakarta (probably co-located in the same building but on different floors), gym and swimming pool may be shared when the latter opens. Windows have yet to be cleaned, probably because the building has yet to be fully opened. However so, one of the best stays I’ve had in Jakarta, 5-8 minutes walk from Grand Indonesia, Dukuh Atas MRT, BRT, Sudirman KRL. Hopefully the prices don’t go crazily high when this place gets fully opened and popular 🥹 (attached a photo of the lovely pool on the 71st floor)

Travelling from overseas is exhausted, sleepy, tired n everything. First of all, big thanks to Mrs Nadya at the reception, she is greetings me with a smile from the moment I'm arrived until the day I am check out, it was top service. I did not mention about want a high level, she knows it already. Coz, normally when I am booked a hotel, definitely I will request the highest floor. I'm booked here at last minute, turn out it was a great experiences. All the staff here is friendly and easy going, food for breakfast also good. Only one thing, ”seated for breakfast”. When I had breakfast, while I am going to take another food, other guest seat there. So I need to move to another table. My phone and room access card still on the breakfast table, how is another guest not seeing it!!? Or they just do not have human sense!? Hello!!!!I am still not finish eat my food! My suggestions, maybe hotel management can provide a small things at the every each table at the Cafe Sirih, which state that ”Occupied/Unoccupied”. So that kind of things will never happened to another hotel guests. Overall, it was a great experiences being here. Definitely will repeat again. The hotel is conveniently located near Tanah Abang, within walking distance if you're willing to walk. It's easy to get a ”bajaj” right in front of the hotel, and booking a Grab to Plaza Indonesia or Grand Indonesia is also very convenient. McDonald's is within walking distance, making it handy for late-night snacks. Sarinah is just across the street, with plenty of food options available nearby. Although we booked the same type of room, one room turned out to be larger than the other. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast selection was limited but sufficient.
