Old 4 star hotel but with good excellent maintenance, bed-sofa-tv-furniture all well maintenance and still looks good. AC cold, hot water great. Have water drinking dispensers in every floor.
Breakfast with a lot of variations, 4 star standards never failed! With fresh grind coffee machine yumm!!!
Location just in front of transjakarta station! You can say less than 1 min walking distance 😁
Definitely come again!

Beautiful new hotel located in city centre. The approach to the hotel is not great but once inside , it’s just beautiful with fancy lobby area. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast . The room has all the amenities. Plenty of dining options also available .

I stayed here for just one night as a quick change of scenery, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. I was given a room on the 21st floor, which offered a nice view and a quiet atmosphere.
The breakfast was decent — buffet style, with a good enough variety for a short stay. Nothing too fancy, but it did the job.
The pool isn’t huge, but it’s enough to relax and cool off, especially if you’re not looking for anything too fancy.
A solid option for a short stay in central Jakarta.
The only downside was the air conditioning — it seems outdated and didn’t cool the room properly at all.

Just spent threefold nights in one of 5 stars hotel in Jakarta with my husband. The room is very big, the location is perfect and the room service food is very good. Outdoor swimming pool is nice and clean, and I love the views. Definitely recommended hotel in Jakarta for couples and families ~

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was very nice with only a couple of minor things that could have been improved. The room was serviced well each day and we loved the free drinking water that was available on each floor.
However, it was the incredible breakfast and the amazing staff that made this hotel one of our all time favourites. The wide selection and quality of the food was the best we've ever come across. This can be credited to the outstanding staff who were so diligent, well trained and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Idam, Harry and Raisah were incredible and we greatly appreciated their helpful, friendly and kind service.
We would be itching to stay here again if we over return to Jakarta.

In general the room was clean
Lift access secured with tab room floor with security guard on the ground floor.
Room had security box, slippers, coffee maker, water all you can drink, security door lock, etc.

I forgot my room number, but the water is so smelly..
The more i stay the less service i’ve got.
Something like greetings and say sorry anything about this im not get it. And for the breakfast too why they reduce the food?
Im not stupid i know when im check in on eid mubarak period but it’s not a good reason you drop your service cause the customer is still pay the price when you offers. For me it’s ok to pay more to get more service too. Thanks. Hope you be better.

I have been staying at this hotel most of the time when I visited Jakarta.Hotel location is strategic and easy access to central part of Jakarta City.The rooms are clean and hotel staff are friendly and helpfull.Good choice of foods & drinks for breakfast

At night, there are many selling various snacks in front of the hotel, the facilities are okay, not bad, but there is a little less one, there are a lot of small cockroaches in the room, making it uncomfortable if people like clean but I'm sick because I'm used to it

MMerValGatau, I'm confused about the motorbike parking, when you have to pay, even though you've rented a hotel, and the motorbike is also not taken care of when the mobile phone stand breaks, it's like it was broken on purpose, but it's very neat, when you ask the parking attendant, the answer is that it's late at night, who is it? take care.. I'm not responsible, I already paid for the parking but didn't take care of the motor. And a towel is only given 1 toothbrush 1 too..

##indroHonestly th location was good and perfect because close to public transport such as Transjakarta. But as MRT project underway, hotel acces from public transportation gone bad. Wish after the mrt project finished, we could get superb acces from the mrt station.
