Hotels in Gajah Mada, Jakarta

40 minutes ride from airport. Hotel is very new and sparkling clean. Check in is fast and service is superb. Shower, aircon and bed are all comfortable. Have night food stalls just downstairs and nearby convenience stores. Good location to rest anf explore jakarta. Executive lounge will be ready within 2024 for booking. I will be back!

Requested & given a room at level 20 with view of Central Jakarta and Monas square which is the most famous monument of Jakarta. Big clean comfortable room with comfortable firm mattress. Big bath room with separate shower cubicle which is small inside. Strong hot water. The breakfast buffet is amazing - over 200 variety of food (Indonesian, Chinese, Jaoanese, Western, desserts, salad etc) spread over several counter and live cooking stations. The fresh fruits station is stingy and always cut the fruits slowly and gave me birds portion. I always asked for more... Old gym but has reasonable equipment and free weights, next to the pool area - 25m lap coveted pool and 1 outdoor pool packed with kids. There is a Chibese restaurant at ground floor which serves dim sim buffet on weekends Overall nice stay

Everything was good, especially the service from the staff. However, i recommend that the rooms, living room, toilets to have some yellow lighting instead of normal white lighting. This might create a more soothing ambience.

We had an amazing stay at Yellow Harmoni Hotel. The location is excellent, close to the city center, with a convenience store, food stalls, cafés, and restaurants all within the building. Plus, it's just a short walk to Starbucks and other dining options. I loved the hotel's vibrant yellow and artistic theme. Being a high-rise, it offers views of Jakarta at a very affordable price, which is definitely worth it! The only downside was the power outlets. It would have been helpful to receive an email reminder about bringing a compatible adapter or for the hotel to provide adapters for foreign guests unfamiliar with Indonesian outlets.

+ plus Location really strategist in central Jakarta. Near mangga besar, you can walk around to dinner or found some snacks Welcome drink available! Bed is comfort. I've got 5 Pillow for my stays Has 5 / 6 lifts and all works properly. Lobby has tree - minus After check in Go up to 12 floor butttt got trouble with key card error while tap in the room. Need waiting in line for 3 persons check in process ( only 1 receptionist ) only to get replacement tap in card, how horrible! But after all the receptionist say sorry to me, nice service. After that i go to the room and only found ONE toothbrush kit. I called the room service. But no one come for hours. Need to call twice to get my toothbrush kit. Has no proper tissue in toilet and barstand.

The place is pretty nice, rooms are clean and there some restaurants nearby. Somehow the food we put into the fridge got locked by someone when we were not at the hotel (way after the room was cleaned). So we’re not sure why would someone enter the room after it was fully cleaned. When we asked the stuff about that, no one solved the problem. The service person looked at the fridge, smiled and said “let me check something” and just left the room without even coming back. I am not sure if it is not allowed to use the fridge in the room, but why would you have it in the room at first place?

Breakfast is good and worth it. I like the location because it's a straight line to downtown Jakarta. Chinatown nearby. Needs to upgrade their water kettles. One of the best stays in Jakarta.

Good location, easy to catch a taxi. Room is basic but sufficient. However, lacking of reliable hot water is surprising to me.

Good hotel near Chinatown and a 10-15 minute grab away from downtown areas. Good value for the money and friendly service from the staff.

I forgot my room number, but the water is so smelly.. The more i stay the less service i’ve got. Something like greetings and say sorry anything about this im not get it. And for the breakfast too why they reduce the food? Im not stupid i know when im check in on eid mubarak period but it’s not a good reason you drop your service cause the customer is still pay the price when you offers. For me it’s ok to pay more to get more service too. Thanks. Hope you be better.
