Central Jakarta Menteng Hotels

The hotel staff are excellent. Friendly and service orientated.   The facilities at the hotel is great. Good and varied F&B restaurants. The pool and garden on the 5floor excellent. Great place to relax and chill out. There are many other hotels in the area where the Grand Hyatt is located. The thing that stand out most for the Grand Hyatt is the excellent service and friendly staff. The Grand Hyatt is my first choice of hotel when I am in Jakarta.

I recently enjoyed a stay at Fraser Residence Menteng Jakarta, and I can confidently say that it offered a welcoming and comfortable environment for my visit. **Location:**   The hotel is ideally situated near some of Jakarta's most prominent shopping destinations, including Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. This made it incredibly convenient for accessing a variety of shops and restaurants, ensuring that there was never a shortage of leisure activities nearby. It's perfect for both shopping enthusiasts and food lovers alike. **Accommodation:**   I was pleased with my spacious studio room, which provided a peaceful retreat after busy days exploring the city. The room was well-maintained and equipped with all the essentials, creating a calm and quiet atmosphere that was much appreciated. The comfort of the accommodations contributed significantly to the overall pleasantness of my stay. **Breakfast:**   However, I did find the breakfast options a bit limited. While the food that was available was satisfactory, I was disappointed to see that the staff did not replenish items after they had been cleared away. This resulted in certain buffet trays being empty, which didn’t quite meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber. Given that the guest profile mainly consists of foreigners and Singaporeans, a more diverse selection and prompt replenishment would surely cater better to guests' expectations. **Overall Experience:**   Despite the breakfast shortcomings, my stay at Fraser Residence Menteng was undeniably pleasant. The combination of a comfortable room and a prime location makes this hotel an attractive option in Jakarta. I would definitely consider returning for another stay and hope to see improvements in the breakfast offerings in the future. Overall, I recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient base in Jakarta.

I stayed at ASHLEY Wahid Hasyim Jakarta on 31st May 2025, checking in at 8:00 PM. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the two gentlemen at the front desk that evening. They were extremely courteous, professional, and helpful, which made my check-in experience smooth and pleasant. I was truly impressed by their service. During my stay, the hotel kindly assisted me in storing some souvenirs from Palembang in the freezer to ensure they remained frozen and safe for transport back to Malaysia. This thoughtful gesture reflects the hotel’s exceptional level of service and attention to guest needs. Without a doubt, I will choose to stay at ASHLEY Wahid Hasyim again on my next visit to Jakarta. However, I would prefer not to be assigned Room 524, as the air-conditioning in that room was not adequately cool during my stay. I reported the issue during check-out, and I trust it may have already been resolved. Overall, this hotel is truly excellent. Stayed one night at DoubleTree Jakarta Diponegoro and had a great time. Check-in was smooth and I loved the welcome cookie. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. In the morning, I enjoyed a refreshing swim in the pool before breakfast – such a relaxing way to start the day. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide range of options. Great location near Cikini Station, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely come back for a longer stay next time!

This hotel perfect for the firs timer to Jakarta. Located in the heart of Jakarta: Bunderan HI. premium location near high brand malls, you can easily stroll for nightlife, culture and heritage also museums nearby. hospitality excellent! I was upgraded to Grand Deluxe King type, and additional services for my husband bday.. really recommend this hotel to everyone who's first timer to Jakarta

We choose to stay at Novotel Hotel Cikini whenever we visit to Jakarta. The service level is above expectations from every staff in the hotel. Room size - Spacious. Breakfast - Wide range of food. Consist of Indonesian cuisine, Western and Indian. Check-in - Fast and flexible. Able to store your luggage if your arrive early. There is no language barrier if you could speak English and Bahasa Indonesian. It is highly recommended to stay with Novotel Hotel Cikini.

Downside - Hotel feels slightly dated, carpets look like they need proper cleaning. However it is located in a convenient location in Central Jakarta. Service is also great - staff members are all very warm and friendly. Breakfast is tasty with wide spread. Overall we enjoyed our 3 nights there

Very clean, well lit, friendly and good location! Very satisfied with my stay at Ashley Tang Menteng. Hotel exceeded my expectations. Love it! Nice decor! Lobby is beautiful! Room decor is tastefully done yet not over the top. Room is very clean. Many local street food right outside the hotel. Minimarts just a few minutes away. Easy to get bluebird taxi outside the hotel altho most of the time we took grab.
