Nous avons été accueillis par Lalit qui nous a tout de suite proposé un surclassement nous avons donc eu une super chambre très spacieuse et très propre. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Jaisalmer l’établissement se situe au pied du fort. Nous avons également réservé un safari avec Lalit il nous a d’ailleurs accompagné c’était très sympa nous avons visité les sites à l’extérieur de Jaisalmer, fait un petit tour en dromadaire et nous avons pu manger de la cuisine du désert préparée sur place. Nous n’étions que tous les 2 et nous avons pu bénéficier d’une prestation personnalisée à un prix qui nous a semblé convenable. Toute l’équipe de Lalit a été aux petits soins pour nous. Le petit déjeuner était parfait et nous avons même pu réserver notre billet de train par son intermédiaire pour repartir. Je recommande vivement Chanti Home et l’agence Amrit travels. Nous avons même eu la possibilité de nous relaxer et prendre une douche avant de prendre notre train le soir. Tout était parfait Merci merci

We had an amazing time at Hotel Shanti Home! It was even better than the photos — clean and well decorated, everything was so clearly thought through. I’d highly recommend this hotel and will return again if I come back to Jaisalmer. Super close to the fort and has a really great view from the roof, where we enjoyed having a delicious breakfast each morning of our stay. Owned and operated by two brothers, hospitality certainly runs in the family!

Super Hotel mit toller Dachterrasse und sehr sauberen Zimmern. Das Personal half uns jederzeit weiter und bot uns eine Wüstentour zu einem fairen Preis an. Die Wüstentour ist auf jeden Fall zum empfehlen. Nicht touristisch - wir waren sogar nur zu zweit. Ein Vater und sein Sohn haben uns begleitet - beide sehr ruhige nette Personen. Wir hatten tolle Gespräche am Lagerfeuer. Alles sehr einfach aber dafür mit sehr viel Charme und Authentizität! 100% Empfehlung!

The stay and hospitality are something that I will cherish forever. The hotel is located centrally and is merely walking distance to all places. A special shotput for the hosts Lalit Ji. I was traveling with my year-old kid and Lalit ji got up very early and prepared food for the kid which is something that many big hotels are missing. Loved his helpfulness. Will recommend to anyone going to Jaisalmer to give it a try for sure (though they are reserved mostly but do try your luck).

This is our 4th time traveling to India and 2nd time to Jaisalmer. I will keep fond memories of this hotel where everything was perfect! The incredible welcome from Lala and her brother, the high-quality furniture, the refined decoration of the rooms, the hearty breakfast, the cleanliness, the location of the hotel right next to the fortress, the organization of safaris in the desert.... In short! The best hotel in all of India! Absolutely worth choosing!

In stayed in his property with my family and really enjoyed the hospitality. The property is clean and very centrally located. All the touristic places are nearby. Host also helped me in booking desert stay which was amazing. He also gave respect to my parents with all their queries and needs whenever they asked for. He also gave us early check-in without any charges which is so nice considering the fact that my parents were old and we need this urgently. I'm overwhelmed with his kind gesture. He guided us with restaurants, places to visit, hidden stories of Jaisalmer :-) My brother left his wallet and bag at some restaurant at other side of the city where we went for dinner and pratimesh ji didn't even give a second thought and ride my brother with him on his bike to get his wallet. I'm so thankful to him

You don’t to be skeptical, the hotel is really worth the rating. The hospitality, service, food and friendliness offered by the two brothers is truly outstanding. Not to mention their understanding of sustainability and vegan food. Thank you so much for letting us to have this experience

I have travelled in India many times over a period of 30 years and stayed in a variety of places, good, bad and indifferent. But the Hotel shanti is one that has caught my attention by being a great hotel but more importantly, by the time and effort that Lala and Jimmy put in to helping their guests have a great time. We stayed there for 3 nights, used them for laundry, dinner, taxis, tour information and as a guide to the fort. They and their team excelled in all these things and left us with a feeling of not having paid enough to them for the what they did for us. Worth also mentioning that one morning Jimmy knocked on my door to present me with my wallet, which I had dropped and had been found by one of his staff, before I even knew I had lost it! A wonderful place with wonderful people and one I will return to.

This hotel did not disappoint! Often online fotos are deceiving but this hotel is just stunningly beautiful! The rooms, the sitting areas upstairs, even the reception area are very inviting. The hotel is very clean and owner/ staff are very friendly. Shampoo and soap are being provided. There are several charging ports for your electronics all around the property. It’s not a problem to leave your luggage and freshen up should you be travelling later in the day after checkout. Everything was very good. Transport to and from the bus station can be arranged with the owners. The hotel is in a very central location, sights are in easy walking distance. Definitely a great place to stay here in Jaisalmer!
