I had an amazing stay at Gorbandh Palace, Jaisalmer, from 20th to 24th March. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, traditional charm, and great hospitality. The ambiance was beautiful, and the rooms were well-maintained and comfortable. A special thanks to Hirok & Nikhil ,who went above and beyond to make my stay smooth and enjoyable. His assistance and warm hospitality truly made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend Gorbandh Palace to anyone visiting Jaisalmer. Looking forward to staying here again!

Our stay at the hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. Having traveled to so many places, we finally found a place where the staff felt like a true blessing—attentive, warm, and always going the extra mile. The entire experience was seamless, from the impeccable in-room service to the delightful food and an atmosphere that radiated comfort and positivity. A special shoutout to Mr. Gitesh at the reception, who treated us like family and ensured every little detail was taken care of. The overall vibe of the hotel was just incredible—calm, welcoming, and full of warmth. We felt so at home that we extended our stay for two more nights. Even when it was time to leave, their thoughtful gestures left a lasting impression. Knowing we had a long drive ahead, they sent us off with a heartfelt farewell— a beautiful souvenir, a bon voyage cake from the bakery, snacks, hydration essentials, and even the traditional dahi-cheeni for good luck. From start to finish, the experience was truly memorable. The pool is absolutely pristine—a must-try! And the pizza? Just perfect. Huge applause to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

It was leisure visit with family... We had traditional welcome with Garland n juice... Special mention mr Gitesh n miss Mitanshi for tkaing extra care from check inn till breakfast n check out cake cutting ceremony with our daughters... Touched♥️♥️

Great staff. From the time of arrival till departure we were made to feel special. The reception, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were very courteous and professional. Overall an incredible experience. Recommend and I will visit again

From entrance to Departure this was nothing but a Disney dreamworld ride. Tilak and Garland with Namastay smiles are made us firgetvthat we just had camel rude in desert. Gitesh was at desk with Okaho Minatesh ( Sorry for wrong spellings) who greeted us with Energy. Understood who we are and what Taj property can offer. But above all it's Staff......Management is doing something very good. ( Our room was too small to our needs instead of careless Staff cared for our situation and offered upgrade). Next day provided make sure we don't leave empty stomach fed us super delicious food and packed for our Son....Thanks Rajani ( u r Star)Vishal ( Smiles) Himanshu ( Help).... Never say No policy 1st time enjoyed in India.....Let me try if we can Keep doing great work Dinner was potato miss Above all Staf and amangement

We stayed for 1 night at Taj Gorbandh and as the name suggests TAJ it was perfect. We had a very good experince at the resort, the staff was very very very courteous. This is what seperates Taj from other hotel brands. The staff treays you very nicely, they are very polite and always there to help you. You dont need to call for any services, it is always ther e even before you ask for. Special thanks to Gitesh on front desk. Such a good and soft spoken person. He made our stay even more comfortable and delightful. You can feel the standards everywhere, whether it is ambience, staff behaviour, cleanliness, food quality, everything.

Very nice location and perfect place for family vacation, A big thanks to Chef Bhanu Shekhawat for delicious Jain food, Himanshu Mishra, Gopesh and Narpat Singh for amazing service 💯😃✨ The rooms were clean and spacious, overall nice experience, must visit.
