We loved our stay at 1st Gate Home. First, the staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly and easily accommodate special requests. We felt very much at home. The property is very nice inside with many sitting areas and the rooms are wonderful. It is well located, right outside the Fort and walking distance to the Havelis.

It is in all sense an outstanding hotel. Beautiful decoration. Taking care of traditions of the place. Great room with a private terrace on the second floor. Best location with a rooftop restaurant. They made us feel comfortable, taking care of us even the next day coming back from the desert trip. The best Indian hotel in our 1 month trip through India.

Made to feel very welcome from arrival through to departure. Everything was brilliant. Lovely spacious room , good nights sleep. Breakfast was really fresh and great quality with plenty of choices. Excellent evening meal were enjoyed with amazing view across to fort.
Advice and tour particularly the camel trip was brilliant and we really enjoyed the trip arranged for us by the hotel and riding camels in the desert and meeting fellow travellers.

Service taht goes above and beyond
Return trip after a night at a desert camp. Staff went above and beyond to get us the room that we wanted with the best fort view. We arrived before check in time and were treated to a complimentary lunch in the roof top restaurant. On departure, staff made sure we had plenty of water for our road trip and even packed us a lunch. Would definitely stay here again, largely for the location, but mainly for the excellent service.

Would definitely recommend
Very convenient location. Best view is from the roof top restaurant, but breakfast isn’t served there. Owners kept our luggage free of charge for one night while we headed to the desert. Food was quite good, breakfast had great local fresh options.

El hotel es excelente. El servicio es algo muy fuera de lo común realmente impresionante la atención del personal . Ambos gerentes muy atentos y todos muy serviciales. Uno de los gerentes habla perfecto español. El restaurante es riquísimo , el desayuno muy bueno. La habitaciones exquisitas y gigantes . Las masajistas fuera de serie. Muy recomendable
