We stayed two nights in a deluxe suite and loved it. Spacious, clean and very quaint. Our room was of a local design and most comfortable.The property is still under construction for additional rooms so the pool area experiences noisy and activity due to this.
The staff were very kind, helpful and accommodating. We felt well cared for and most welcomed.
Recommend it for those looking to try a local experience with an upscale property.

Beautiful use of the yellow Jaisalmer stone with exquisite carvings. They even upgraded our room to a suite. Neat and clean rooms, royal touch comes specially when you enter the bathroom. The quality of Linen as well as toilet accessories was very good. Rooftop restaurant offers open as well as closed space. Breakfast is very basic, but served neatly. The flip side: Reception area does not give the feel of very good Hotel. The staff, even the front office people, does not smile. Only exception were two people during our 3-days’ stay. One was a middle aged guy who interacted with us couple of times and another was Raees at the restaurant. Actually the hotel is owned by a former cabinet minister of Rajasthan who spent lavishly on building but forgot to spend a fraction of it on training of the staff managing the hotel. In the hospitality business, it’s not the walls that welcome you but the environment given by people that creates happy moments and everlasting memories.

This property is a fraud, I booked with them from 19th Jan to 23rd Jan 2025. However, due to some circumstances, we canceled our trip to Jaisalmer. As per the hotel policy, if you cancel the booking 15 days before the date of arrival, a full refund is given. I contacted the property 15 days before the date of arrival and asked them to cancel my booking Mr. Sameer Bissa promised me that a full refund would be given to me. Since then I have been following up with them every day but to no avail. They haven't refunded my advance payment and now they have stopped picking up my phone also. If you are planning to book with them book it at your own risk.

Siamo stati a prendere un tè e altre bibite sulla terrazza. Buon servizio. Abbiamo anche potuto vedere 2 suite molto belle. Bella vista sul forte di Jaisalmer. Molto gentile il gestore. Perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di visite in città.

Grâce à Ursha, nous avons pu séjourner dans cet hôtel aux cinq étoiles méritées. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées, silencieuses. La cadre est superbe avec un roof top donnant sur le fort. Le service est au top avec entre autre, un petit déjeuner copieux. Pour ceux qui viennent avec leur véhicule, le parking est privé et gratuit. Nous recommandons ce lieu de villégiature. Merci encore à Ursha !

Extremely worthwhile in staying here
Fabulous hotel. However, the lovely staff who were so kind don’t speak English. Such a shame as they were willing to do anything for me. Maybe give them basic English
I found the male receptionist very unpleasant and not welcoming at all!
Also, there needs to be more attention paid about the litter on the floors particularly at the breakfast outside area
