Heritage Juma Resort with Swimming Pool

The room was nice. The dessert safari and camel safari was really good. They also had folk dance and singing. It was worth it. Chauhan gave us a good service. Will visit again.

Even though we didn’t stay overnight, we had a fantastic time with Heritage Juma Desert Safari! The package included a fun camel safari, an adventurous jeep ride, tasty food, and great cultural performances — everything was well arranged. The ATV ride was also exciting, though charged separately.

Just arrived here the appearance as you come in is nice . The grounds are nice however the tents and huts need a good refurbishment the room that I am staying in had dirty sanitary towel and a dirty nappy in the bin in the toilet the rooms i needs a good clean possibly with disinfectant I moved rooms a few times as the other rooms didn’t have proper lighting one of them the AC wasn’t working just the small things that housekeeping should pay attention to before a new guest comes and stays from what they portray on the pictures on the website is not what you get far from it the place needs a good clean the swimming pool the gardens just general maintenance of the place We went on a desert Safari which was quite good camel ride and you also can do quad biking which I opted not to do. That was fun. Stunning views of the sunset. As we returned back from the desert, at 7:30 pm the evenings entertainment started A welcoming-nice cup of masala tea and light snacks The evening entertainment was Rajasthan folk dance and singing followed by a Rajasthan buffet which was okay my overall experience 5 out of 10 small improvements can be made attention to detail and cleanliness .

ROOM INTERIAR , BAD , FURNITUR ARE POOR QUALITY WASHROOM ALSO VERY DURTY SMELL. NIGHT KALBELIYA PROGRAM IS ALSO BAD.NO PROPRE ROOM SERVICES, IN THE TENT NOT A PHONE FACILITY NOT CALL BELL. AND FINALLY FOOD QUILITY IS NOT UPTO THE MARK. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS TENT CITY.

Gill Everything is quiet good , food entertainment. What can you expect in desert camp is basically there. The only problem is if you wish to enjoy night entertainment with glass of beer you can’t do that, even though they sell alcohol in the premises, you have to sit at the back of the other guests you can’t join them. Either they should stop alcohol altogether, if they sell it then they should allow them to sit and enjoy

This property has fairly well maintained rooms but the bathroom was dingy with no ventilation. The problem was with the dining area which was dirty with flies hovering around as nobody bothers to clean the tables and the floor. Worst was that we found an insect in the Upma, leaving us feeling sick and nauseous. They need to keep the kitchen and dining area clean and hygienic.
