Room landline was not working, worst customer service and for cleanliness i would them 0. I don’t recommend to stay but their roof top restaurant food was good.

The room was not properly cleaned. There were visible stains on the carpet, dust on the furniture, and the bathroom was not properly sanitized. The linens appeared used and had an unpleasant odor, which made it impossible to feel comfortable.

Pros:
hotel is within walking distance to jaisalmer fort which will save time and money cons
unhygenic. Bedsheets, toilets all were not cleaned

It was a good experience. The room was neat and spacious , hot water was available and the staffs were helpful

The room was not properly cleaned. There were visible stains on the carpet, dust on the furniture, and the bathroom was not properly sanitized. The linens appeared used and had an unpleasant odor, which made it impossible to feel comfortable. The service was equally disappointing. When i contacted the front desk about the cleanliness issues, the response was slow, and i didn’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously. The staff seemed uninterested in resolving the problems, and it took multiple requests to have someone come to clean the room, which was very frustrating.
