Super nice hotel, big room comfy beds. Very clean and a wonderful staff always there in case you need anything. They have a rooftop restaurant and the guy who works there , Preem, is the best!!! You definitely have to stay here if you are in the area

Een fantastisch schoon hotel gelegen aan de rand van het centrum en loopafstand van het fort. Mooi ingerichte kamers, een dakterras en het biedt veel faciliteiten. Ook een geweldige ervaring met de goed georganiseerde Safari tocht (jeep-kamelen) naar de Tharwoestijn, waar een heerlijke maaltijd voor je wordt klaar gemaakt met een slaapplaats onder de sterrenhemel, ver van de toeristische “Camps” Ook erg vriendelijk personeel. Ik kan dit alles van harte aanbevelen. Dit verblijf gaf mijn hele verblijf in India een gouden randje.

Best service and best location! All the attractions are close by and the staff is amazing. The food is very good both for people looking for a taste of indian food or for westeners looking for a bit of confort. Highly suggest, also ask them about their guides! Prim is the best chef in jaisalmer!

Magnifique Haveli, les chambres sont superbes, spacieuses, bien décorées, propreté impeccable !! Rapport qualité-prix extraordinaire. Le staff est super sympa et arrangeant. Resto délicieux, Prem nous a très bien conseillé pour les plats.

The hotel room does not resemble what you show
the t ripple bedded room was cramped without any ventilation
the owner/ manager was reluctant to accommodate our accompanying driver and misbehaved with him
breakfast menu was very limited, but not mentioned your hotel overview
i have stayed here and would not recommend anyone to stay here

The main problem is that payments cannot be made by credit cards. Received no receipt for the payments made. They arrange transport for the local sightseeing but do not verify the driver. After reaching half the way, the driver says he has fever for the past 2 days. This is a major concern. The building has no elevator which is a drawback. There is no geyser. It is solely depend-ant on solar heater. Only good point is the roof which gives a good view of the palace and the surrounding area. The cushions in the roof top restaurant are not maintained. The food is good and very prompt.
