Sttaff at the place is very warm and courteous. They generally do not serve lunch at the place. So it is recommended to have lunch on the way or carry your lunch. However mr. Jipin from the hotel provided me some bread toast at no additional cost as i had not had or carried my lunch. The camel ride is included in the booking price and the jeep safari comes at an additional price. The camel ride is superb and the jeep safari is decent (not worth rs. 1500- that i paid. The cultural event in the evening is great. There is a traditional rajasthan welcome followed by tea and snacks. During the event they serve beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) followed by dinner. The snacks, dinner and breakfast were super delicious and also had a variety of dishes to choose from. The traditional rajasthan cuisine (such as gatte ki sabzi, dal baati, churma, ker sangri) they served was really delicious. The tents are quite well maintained although i visited almost towards the end of the tourist season. They are obviously not like a 5star hotel. However one cannot reasonably expect a tent to be so. They have all basic amenities such as blankets, ac, heater, fan, fridge, tea/coffee packets, mosquito repellent, hot water etc.
