1. The service is very good. Give advice and help in every matter.
2. Pick up at the train station and drop off at the bus station free of charge.
3. Delicious food, especially Chilli chicken and omlett.
4. There is cold beer served at the restaurant.
5. Rooftop restaurant, beautiful view, can sit all morning. during the day (there is a separate room on the rooftop to protect from the sun) and in the evening
6. The location is a short walk to see the city and to the fort.
7. There is a desert safari and camp tour service.

This hotel offered just what I was looking for - very good accommodation, friendly and helpful staff, and a location outside the fort but convenient to the fort. I stayed here 5 nights. I did not want to stay inside the fort because of concerns how that might impact the fort. The owner Devi was most helpful in providing information and making some travel arrangements for me. He is a wonderful person. Most of the staff are long-time employees. Hotel was clean. Terrace cafe served delicious food. I recommend Shahi.

The boss Devilal and all staff take care of every guest very well. Here is just like home. The roof top restaurant has an amazing view of the fort. The food is also good. I asked about how walking to the Gadisar lake, they just take me there by moter bike, which is incredible.

Pasamos una noche muy confortable en Shahi Palace Hotel. El hotel es precioso, con una ubicación inmejorable justo al lado del fuerte, lo que permite disfrutar de unas vistas increíbles y explorar la ciudad con facilidad. El personal es excepcional: muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Además, el desayuno fue una grata sorpresa: el halo paratha estaba delicioso, y también cuentan con café, perfecto para empezar el día con energía. Sin duda, una opción fantástica para alojarse en Jaisalmer. ¡Muy recomendado!

Todo estuvo increíble, la habitación súper linda, buena ubicación, limpio, agua caliente, el personal es súper amable! Iba viajando sola y todos me hicieron sentir en casa. Tiene una terraza muy linda para tomar fotos, ver el atardecer y sobretodo para comer, ya que hay variedad de alimentos. Ofrecen diferentes tours. Sin duda de mis mejores estancias en India ! Espero volver pronto !
