My stay at the Jaisalmer Spa Hotel and Resorts for three nights was nothing short of remarkable, truly making it a standout experience in Jaisalmer. This hotel, with its exceptional service and luxurious amenities, easily earns the title of the best hotel in the area. What made my stay especially memorable was the extraordinary hospitality extended by Mr. Manish Kumar and his dedicated team, including Surajpal. The warmth and professionalism they exhibited were unparalleled. Additionally, our driver, Mr. Bharat Singh, ensured that our travel experiences around Jaisalmer were comfortable and enjoyable. Their collective efforts significantly enhanced the quality of our stay, leaving an indelible impression on us.

What an incredible experience at this property… the entire staff is so welcoming and hospitable .. the ambience and vibe is so warm and cheery on the cake is the food .. finger licking food .. a big big shout out and thanks to Chef Pratap and his team for such an amazing food that we had to eventually extend our stay for a day as we just could not have enough of this place… Guiding us , serving amazing dishes Chef Pratap was outstanding and can’t thank him enough for talking to our sons and taking care of them personally. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ❤️

Stayed at Jaisalmer Marriot from March 17-20. Had stayed here in March 2023 too. Stay here was excellent, same as in 2023. They have maintained their standards which is exceptional. There is a positive vibe about the place the moment you enter. Cleanliness is of top order. The staff are well mannered and courteous. Food is excellent and an experience in itself. Chef Pratap and his team will pamper your taste buds with food so well cooked and tasty that it will feel like you are having it from your kitchen at home. It was an amazing experience. Marriot Jaisalmer is easily one of the top hotels in India. Just visit it to experience their hospitality. They will make you feel special. I will like to thank the management and the staff for looking after guests so well and with so much warmth. Thank you for the memorable experience!

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the Jaisalmer Marriott at the end of our two-week tour of Rajasthan. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, making for a relaxing experience. The staff was incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to help. A special shout-out to Head Chef Pratabh ji, whose vibrant energy and enthusiasm truly stood out. He took the time to connect with each guest and delighted us with daily specialties that showcased his remarkable talent. We still fondly remember the jalebee and the glee on his face as he served them to the the guests at breakfast—we could not resist enjoying seconds (and thirds!) We also want to highlight Jyoti, who expertly managed the dining seating, especially during the busy breakfast rush. She handled everything with professionalism and grace. Another delightful aspect was watching a staff member scatter seeds for the birds. It was heartwarming to see the birds flocking to enjoy their treat as she stepped away. Lastly, the hotel shop offered a fantastic selection of shawls, clothing, and jewelry, all presented in a comfortable setting with knowledgeable staff on hand to assist. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel, thanks to its excellent facilities and outstanding team!

A 15h30 une de nos chambres n'était pas prête et nous avons attendu 30 minimum de plus car la personne de l accueil qui nous a accompagnés ne connaissait pas le numéro de l.une des chambres ! Ne pas prendre les chambres avec vue fort il y a un chantier en cours le long de l hôtel qui gâche la vue et salit énormément les fenêtres Hôtel très bien placé Équipe du restaurant très efficace
