Travelers - Couple with a 6-yr old kid Front Desk experience - 10/10, Guest/Customer Relations – 10/10 Our check-in experience was excellent. Smooth check-in process, room was ready on time. Manish (Duty Manager), who checked us in, was very courteous, very knowledgeable and gave us a very nice upgraded room. Amina (Guest Relations Manager) also interacted with us and showed us to our room while also explaining about the property. Amina was very polite, courteous and was very joyful/playful with my kid. My wife and I had separate booking reservations, and Manish and Amina managed and streamlined benefits across all our reservations. We are very thankful for it and it made our stay very comfortable and memorable. We had further check outs and check ins due to separate reservations, which were seamlessly managed by Parth, Deepanshu (the other Duty Manager) and Manish. Front desk and Guest Relations Staff appreciation:- Manish – Always helpful, very courteous, very knowledgeable Deepanshu – V energetic, helpful, knowledgeable, good conversations Amina – Excellent at Guest Relations. She was very helpful all through our stay, our point of contact in case we needed any specific support. My family had a lovely time interacting with her, we had great conversations. My kid absolutely loved spending time with her. Parth Room and Property Ambience – 10/10 The room and property ambience was fantastic. The décor of the entire property was a sight to see, we were impressed with it. Housekeeping – 10/10 Rooms were very clean and were perfectly stocked with all required amenities Housekeeping Staff appreciation:- Rupali Parth Food/Chef Group - 10/10 The chef's team and the food, both were excellent at this hotel. Very helpful, very polite chefs. They would always support for any requests that we had. However, the highlight in the chef’s group has to be Chef Pratap Singhji. He is super energetic and is always active during breakfast and other times (going from table to table, making sure all guests are comfortable and enjoying the food). He has a certain demeanor that has a very calming effect on the guests and his interaction style brings a lot of confidence that food served will always be right ! My kid absolutely loved being around Chef Pratap Singhji. We thoroughly enjoyed the food during all days of our stay. Chef Group appreciation:- Pratap Singh – How much ever we say or write appreciation will always fall short for this personality 😊 Lovely chef, great person. Excellent with all guests, but specially super excellent with kids Satyendra – Very helpful, courteous Narendra Robin – Great lovely omelets every morning for breakfast Rohit – Dal Pakwaan counter Ganesh – Waffle Station Kailash – Nukkad Chai Counter – Had very nice conversations with him, excellent desi style chai and coffee made by him. Amazing stay, recommended

Highly recommended to stay at the property which is well maintained and the staff ( and their attitude take it to a different level). We loved the way we were treated for our marriage anniversary- special thanks to Amina Sultan from Guest Relations team. Ravindra from house keeping was amazing with his craft of making animals from towels. All the staff at Wvyra and Kitchen were amazing in their service. The food is amazing - don’t miss it We loved the resort which had games to keep adults and grown up busy. The rooms are quite big and all in-house staff are attentive. All in all a well rounded resort which is highly recommended.
