Very very good stay in Pol haveli, amazing people room is very beautiful and decoration., we stay two nights, all good and most importantly the service was very very good, onwer of the hotel Manu he is very friendly and helpful person. Great hotel, clean, spacious, beautiful rooms. Amazing restaurant with delicious food. The safari was stunning and hosted by amazing desert men. The staff at this hotel are all SO welcoming, kind and generous. They helped me with any problems I had and went out of there way to make me feel comfortable in Jaisalmer. I will be back!

This hotel honestly made our trip to Jaisalmer, we heard many recommendations but still were surprised. Location was great, quiet and suggestes many lounging options, rooftop and views of the city. Also the restaurant and cafe - everything we had was great, almost all our meals were had there. The room was amazingly clean, definitely one of the cleanest room I have seen while traveling in India, great bed and shower. Hot water was always available. The staff are incredibly helpful, nice and made sure we had everything we needed. We booked the desert experience through them and everything was easy and worth every rupee. Big recommendation!!!

The staff was incredibly friendly, always smiling, always on point to help you with anything and very patient. They make your whole stay so uncomplicated. They offer free pick up/drop off from the train and bus station, depending on availability you can check in early or check out late. Free room upgrade for us. Also they organise different dessert safari tours with fair prices. The food was amazing. We spent most of our time in the beautiful open restaurant space with the most relaxing atmosphere. The location is great. Would definitely recommend this place. Thanks to the team for everything.
