Not a good experience. The bed sheet is dirty and pillow cover also not clean. if you want to stay then don't expect too much but to keep your bags it's a good option because its near Jaisalmer fort and railway station.

Stay was fine! we thought we will get basic amenities such as soap, handwash and other stuff ! but we had to ask in counter! we got interrupted multiple times when we were sleeping! rest staffs were friendly

The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the Staff was amazing .They went over and beyond to help make our state enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

It was a very good stay at payal hotel. The behaviour of all the staffs are very good and polite. Even at late night they waited for me to check in and i did not need to kick the door. Recommended.
