Roof top restorent have good city view, but i have booked family room and there was no tv in room and no city view but hotel quite good, n i have booked dangri desert camp throug this hotel and it it's very bad so don't book your sum dunes through this hotel totally vest of money

The hotel is at the top of the fort which is difficult to reach on foot. The room is very basic and lacks hygiene. There is a bad smell in the toilet. The restaurant does not prepare food items on its own.

piccolo hotel molto carino dotato di tutto e vista pazzesca,il proprietario molto simpatico e disponibile. Ho avuto dei problemi con la prenotazione e ha trovato la soluzione. Tuttavia ci sono dei consigli per i viaggiatori e per il proprietario. Se dormite nelle camere a pian terreno sentirete tutti i rumori da scarichi del bagno ,urla ecc (per me non è stato un grosso problema ma lo scrivo per chi lo fosse) Il tuc tuc credevo fosse un servizio dell’hotel (il proprietario cel’ha proposto inzialmente il giorno prima) dato che si trova nel centro storico e nessuno ci ha detto che era a pagamento (trovato sul conto) La colazione iniziava alle 7.30 (chi viaggia parte presto) abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi di essere serviti alle 7.45 (sono arrivata alle 7.25 e mi sono fatta fare un caffè prima) con l’altro ragazzo che sembrava sempre un po’ scocciato (impressione mia) Comunque buona l’omelette. Il prezzo era di 43 euro iniziali con booking (ho dovuto cancellare e prenotare tramite loro per problemi miei) e non c’è stato fatto lo sconto aggiungendo anche il servizio tuc tuc ovviamente di 300 rupie totali che peró LUI SI È TENUTO UNA PICCOLA PERCENTUALE (visto con i miei occhi che il driver gli dava il resto dai nostri soldi) Insomma,non molto bene vedendo il potenziale che avete

Overall it was a great experience, since this is inside palace due due to heavy crowd we faced issue reaching the. But in that also staff was very helpful. I can say overall great experience. Only problem is they have veg and non-veg food both. So the person who are pure veg can feel some issue.

A beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. Iran couldn’t do enough for us. Delish omelettes and coffee for breakfast on the rooftop watching the sunrise over the fort. Extremely helpful and upgraded our room for a discount. Great place to stay!

Extremely poor service. Water leakages found in both the toilets. No tv and telephone was there but during booking it was showing available in the room.

We enjoyed stay at hotel raj mandir jaisalmer inside fort. We were family of 4 and took two separate rooms, it was clean and had full view of city from the window. Food served to us really testee and staff courteous and supportive, specially dip u singh and iran. I do not recollect the name of chefs, want to thank them for delicious and fresh food. Also jagdish ji who took us in auto to city visit. Very nice person and taken patwon ki haveli, nathmal ki haveli, fort view point and gadisar lake and next day dropped to airport.

Don't ever go to this place with family "Terrible people and terrible service. I have never seen such a rude person as Manish. He has no interest in providing service, just in charging money. We had booked two rooms there; on the first day, the AC wasn’t working in the room, and Manish made excuses about there being a power issue. Such a big hotel, but no backup at all. No hot water, no working AC, and even the fan barely works. After spending the whole day outside, there isn’t even a place to charge our phones—we have to charge them at the reception. And when we try to talk about these issues, he says, 'Get out of my hotel.' They had sent us to KK Resorts in Jaisalmer desert, which was even worse. The whole place was full of bugs; such a large resort, but not a single fan. Cockroaches and bugs were everywhere, and we even saw a frog in one place. The person serving food was throwing a frog away with one hand and serving food with the other. The entire place was filthy. I have never seen such an arrogant and rude person as Manish, who tells guests to 'get out.' How can anyone stay without AC in such heat? If this fool can’t even understand that, then how is he running a hotel?"
