My stay at the Jaisalmer Spa Hotel and Resorts for three nights was nothing short of remarkable, truly making it a standout experience in Jaisalmer. This hotel, with its exceptional service and luxurious amenities, easily earns the title of the best hotel in the area. What made my stay especially memorable was the extraordinary hospitality extended by Mr. ***ish Kumar and his dedicated team, including Surajpal. The warmth and professionalism they exhibited were unparalleled. Additionally, our driver, Mr. Bharat Singh, ensured that our travel experiences around Jaisalmer were comfortable and enjoyable. Their collective efforts significantly enhanced the quality of our stay, leaving an indelible impression on us.

We have travelled to over 40 countries as a family in the past 15 years and we planned a trip to Suryagarh, Jaisalmer. We are a large family and took 4 rooms. We had kids of all ages ***** with the oldest member of the family who is 83 years old. The beauty and overall experience of any property comes from the top management and the hotel reflects the personality of Ms. Kripalini Singh. Top notch management. Everything at the hotel was executed and operated at the highest possible level. The restaurants and food was great. Breakfast was outstanding. The way everything was displayed one could clearly see that each and everything was curated and taken care for. There are activities available throughout the day for kids and adults. A minimum 3 day stay is required to truly enjoy the property. You do not have to step out of the property for anything. The animal farm maintained within the property is a highlight. The spa is great and well staffed. All the other areas of the property are brand new and well maintained. I would like to thank once again Ms. Kripalini Singh and the management at the hotel for beautifully running such a property. We will definitely return back. The location of the hotel is a bit biased, there is some noise at night, there will be a power outage. The service is very good, Wi-Fi and hot water are the best. The top floor restaurant has a panoramic view of the castle.

Had a nice and comfortable stay. Wonderful views of the fort from many of the rooms. Comfortable bed and beautiful golden sandstone decor to go with the feel of Jaisalmer. Very caring staff. They go out of their way to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Great restaurant with chefs and staff who cared for our dietary needs. They can cater to Asian, European, Local as well as some Indian regional cuisines. Restaurant has beautiful views of the fort as well. Thanks for the hospitality.

The heritage house in jaisalmer is a delightful place to stay. The cozy and clean rooms are beautifully colorful, each one a testament to rajasthan art and culture. Every corner of the property is thoughtfully decorated with intricate artwork, adding a unique charm to the experience. The rooftop is particularly well-maintained, offering a perfect spot to relax. The host is incredibly friendly and humble, making you feel right at home. To top it off, the breakfast is absolutely delicious, rounding out a truly memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Gaji ji came to pick us up and we had a lovely ride in his Jeep. Nice cozy hotel that also serves Korean food in their rooftop restaurant that overlooks a lovely landscape and the fort. I was looking forward to sitting in the garden etc as shown in the pictures but it’s not a private area, the garden is public so no direct access from the hotel. Having said that, the hotel itself is beautiful and the service is great. Hussain in the restaurant was super nice and always had a smile on his face. The hotel arranged for our camel tour to the desert and that was the highlight of our trip. Jiraj our camel guide was so humble and nice. He cooked for us in one corner of the dunes and we ate authentic desert food. We saw the broadest and the clearest view of the stars as we lay by the bonfire. It was magical!
