Terrible, Terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone anymore. Quite simply, the management here cannot be trusted to do the right thing for you as a guest, based on my experience. So I had booked two rooms for my family, including my parents, in advance, and paid 100% advance as well, almost a week before the journey. On journey date, I get a call at 10:30 am saying they don't have rooms available, due to a wedding ostensibly. As if that supercedes all bookings done previously. And without any offer to find an alternative, apology or compensation, I was told to look forward to my refund. Not only did this ruin my day, but a day later, I realised that even the refund had not been processed. Thus started a long series of follow ups for the same , before a grudging transfer on day 5. Absolutely unprofessional, and frankly, bordering on the criminal in the way they have handled this issue so far. I would urge everyone to reconsider any bookings here, where a little extra money from another customer can lead to a cancellation without notice or a second thought.
