The staff is super caring and the luxury rooms are a delight. The location and the road leading to it is not very good and anyone will think twice about going to the forts nearby from the hotel, so if you are looking to just stay in the hotel, it’s nice.

What makes a trip memorable is not only the moments you experience but if the place you stay and the staff are exceptional. Devi ratn is a must stay for anyone visiting jaipur not only for the beautiful property but also for the staff who made sure all our requests were taken care off and went a step further to ensure that special moments are celebrated. Exceptional service & hospitality. I have stayed in multiple Taj properties but this was the best one till date. Their hospitality was unmatchable. Definitely a property worth going back. They make you feel so comfortable and the staff is very warm towards each guest.

Devi Ratan Hotel, located in the tranquil Jamdoli area of Jaipur, is a true oasis of luxury and serenity. From the moment you step into the stunning reception area, you are greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of grandeur. The property is meticulously planned, offering expansive lush green spaces that create a peaceful and refreshing environment. The staff at Devi Ratan are exceptionally well-mannered, always going the extra mile to ensure a delightful stay. The infinity pool is an absolute gem, providing breathtaking views and a perfect spot to unwind. The hotel's multi-cuisine restaurant, Machaan, serves a variety of flavorful dishes that cater to every palate, making dining a memorable experience. While the resort excels in almost every aspect, the bathrooms in the pool changing rooms could benefit from more attention to upkeep. Despite this minor drawback, Devi Ratan delivers a first-class experience, making it an ideal destination for a luxurious and rejuvenating retreat in Jaipur.

Devi Ratn is a wholesome property with a quiet location, away from the hustle- bustle of the city. The rooms are spacious and beautiful with clean and big washrooms. Mr Lekhraj gets the credit for it. Coming to the meals, they were sumptuous and very fresh. The multigrain pizza and handmade banoffee ice-cream are a must have. Chef Sanjay cooked a veg starter out of the menu especially for us to relish. Mr Subhash served the food very well. Mr Naresh the restaurant manager kept a check on all the tables of the restaurant and asked for feedback. The room service was quick and aptly available. The cake of vacation got its perfect cherry with Devi Ratn’s infinity pool. All in all our stay-cation was a hit at Devi Ratn and we wish to visit soon.

Amazing experience at deviratn with friends. The food, the ambience, the service and overall the beautiful property was an outstanding experience. The service was extremely courteous and we had a royal time. I I would recommend this highly to everyone looking for a wonderful staycation in Jaipur.

This is a photogenic property but the warmth and hospitality was missing here. Apart from the food served everything appeared average. The people carrying customers on cart were hospitable and smiling. Kids Indoor play area was sub standard and below par. I just felt that people were tired working there nobody seemed bothered. Not visiting again. IT was my 40th birthday celebration and repeated requested were made by my wife for a little surprise but we were actually surprised to see substandard decoration on the bed and a stale pastry. May be the expectation is always more from taj properties but this was actually a let down. we had booked the rooms via epicure program given by American express may be that was an issue.
