Alors tout d'abord j'aimerai faire taire les langues de bois qui critique cette hôtel ainsi que sont personnelles car pour une première fois dans cette hôtel nous avons vécu une expérience superbe au niveau de l'accueil de son personnelles comme les serveur le femmes de ménage et surtout le directeur personne très charmante près de ces hôtelier et très simple t une equipe danimation tres tres sympatique ensuite un petit mot sur la représentante de mondial tourisme qui fait tout pour nous satisfaire qui organise de excursions formidable nous avons fait tunise carthage 1 expérience unique sur l'histoire de la Tunisie nous avons eu 1 guide superb ainsi que le chauffeur donc éviter de Lire n'importe quoi car certaine personnes critique à tort et à travers le mieux est de vous en rendre conte sur place alors n'hésitez pas à réserver votre prochain séjour où voyage à l'hôtel Shalimar 4 étoiles mondi club en Tunisie

There were numerous issues that i faced while on my stay for just 1 day washroom lock not in working condition the washroom door was sort of broken from the bottom and not clean rooms are very small and not as big as shown in the photos, photos are taken on wide angle view
staff is not good and people with family shouldn't consider this hotel
not at all a 3 star hotel, i don't know how come this hotel to be 3 star
hotel is not clean and maintained, lot of smell in the lobby area. Light and power issue, backup stopped suddenly due to rain and lift was alsp not working overall 1 rating from at least what i expected i didn't have a good stay at all.

The rooms were clean and tidy however the food was pathetic. Overall it was a descent stay. It was a good trip overall, the location is great since it is nearby to the popular market like bapu bazar.
