NICE CULTURAL SHOW EVERYDAY IN THE EVENING WITH DIFFERENT LOCAL FOLK INSTRUMENTS DAILY.
ROOMS & LOBBY WITH HIGH CEILINGS & TRULY A PALACE FEEL.
VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED AT CITY CENTRE.
EXCELLENT SERVICE.
FOOD VARIETY/QUALITY/PRESENTATION ALSO VERY GOOD.

Abysmal staff. Lazy. Didn’t want to place a sun bed because it was ‘about to rain’. Asked him to call his manager so he reluctantly placed the bed.
Spa and steam can only accommodate one person at a time which is ridiculous for such a large hotel.
Food is good.

I recently stayed at Jai Mahal Palace, and it was truly a lifetime experience. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. Although I've stayed with several popular hotel chains before, the royal aroma in the reception hall here was unique and unforgettable—so luxurious, soothing, and soul-calming. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. I especially want to commend Mr. Aslam, who assisted us in the restaurant; he truly owned the show with his attentive and personalized care. And a special thanks to Chef Bhabesh for his outstanding omelet, which was a delight every morning.

Ya había visitado este hotel unos años atrás, y no me canso de elegirlo. Es muy especial, su personal es muy amable. El desayuno es fabuloso así como también sus restaurantes a la carta. Cada espacio está súper cuidado siguiendo las tradiciones de la zona de Rajastán. Súper recomendable.

We had an amazing 3 days at Jai Mahal.my husband and I travelled to India for business but our last 3 days were spent celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary and my birthday. Jai Mahal recognized these milestones the moment we drove onto the property beginning with a rose from the gate guard. We also had a beautiful greeting from the gentlemen at the front door and the women at the entrance with a blessing and beads. When we entered our room it was filled with balloons, roses and an anniversary cake which was so delicious. Every single employee from day one greeted us as we passed by. The food was delectable from the best omelette in the morning on. The entertainment was so much fun and I even participated in the dancing. On my birthday I received more roses beginning with the doorman and another cake in our room. The cake could not have been better! I have to mention the *** in charge of our room. I wish I remembered his name. He was so sweet and made the cutest towel animals and made sure our room looked special for our special occasions. The carriage ride was quick but they took memorable photos of us that we will always cherish. 10 out 10 stay for sure!

Where do I begin …Amazing service and welcome from arrival to departure. Abhimanyu was a delight taking extra care to look after my mum and make sure she was happy and comfortable The room was divine, beds so comfortable the amenities generous with plentiful bottled water The food was another level.. the breakfasts were beautiful with lots of choice and amazing freshly made parathas and Pooris . The standout was the best omelette I have tasted ever made by the amazing Bhavesh Every member of the team made us feel us if this was our own home .. and the super smiley Salim was always at attention to help and guide us The Palace itself more than lived up to expat d the grounds and the entertainment were wonderfully tasteful This is the best hotel in experience I’ve ever had… and I’ve been to a few… my words can’t do it justice … if you go to Jaipur… you MUST stay here

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in Jaipur (much better experience than the Rambagh Palace). In particular, I would like to thank Deepak who played with our children at the pool area, Ritu at the reception, and our driver Narendra. All were so kind and caring, and made our stay magical.

Had a beautiful experience at the jai mahal palace. We came to celebrate our pregancy. They took utmost care of us for the same. We were assisted very well by gaurav and chef siddarth. The food at giordana and marble arch is very good. The pool and spa area is also very serene
