3rd grade worst hotel. more than 15 years property. too shabby room , furniture, washroom smaller and dirty. tea cattle smalled. no amenities in room. worst food. breakfast not served on time, partly 2-3 items provided in old plastic, steel crockery, only one person in restaurant who was running here and their. I called for small small things in reception. no manager available. lift dirty,. location of hotel very bad.

At first we were denied the accommodation citing the reason that there is no room availability with them The person at the reception to pay extra for another room available with them. After 1. 30 hours of argument he allotted us the same room which we booked which according to him was already booked. So was really a terrible experience.
