Incredible location ruined by every aspect of the service and cleanliness of the room. The only time we got excellent service was when bags were collected and tips expected. Frequently waited up to an hour to get food ordered and everything seemed to be too much trouble

L'hotel è bellissimo, una vera casa principesca, ma secondo me non è gestito all'altezza. Al ristorante hanno in menù piatti che non sono disponibili, stessa cosa per la birra ne hanno sulla carta diverse...poi ci costringono a prenderne una. In camera abbiamo dovuto chiamare per la TV che non funzionava, idem per la stanza non sistemata alle tre e mezza del pomeriggio. Non parlerò dei tre quarti d'ora aspettati per fare il check in: eravamo in anticipo,ma sarebbe bastato dirlo chiaramente e ci saremmo regolati di conseguenza.

Staff are very friendly and providing excellent services. Nice ambience and great food. Great stay good place for vegetarians. Good spread of breakfast. Very helpful front office executives. Good for families. One of the most amazing places to stay in Jaipur with family for a fantastic experience. The rooms seem very luxurious provided great comfort.

Excellent service, staff are very helpful. Rooms are clean and the bed is so comfortable that I don’t want to get up. The breakfast is great. Quiet at night. I definitely will recommend it to anyone who is staying in Jaipur.

Travelling in a group with 8 rooms, 2 were not cleaned on check in. Following day we returned from tour and 2 other rooms not serviced. Asked twice for laundry bags but not received. Guest asked 3 Ty for more water but none delivered. Shower had mould on ceiling. Based on service this is not 5 star.

Booked 'Suite Room' for 3 on 30th Dec 2024 at Rs 14000 - Its a beautiful property, lot of common areas where you can capture some good moments. - Big size beds in the rooms. ========================================================================== - Its NOT a 5 star property. - Very disappointed with the Rooms. Booked from Agoda based on the room photos and the room given was totally different. Dont trust the photos on any of the booking sites. - All efforts are on making public areas beautiful, Rooms do not match with the public areas. - "Suit Rooms" are the most basic rooms they have. Rooms are very depressing and you cannot spend time in the rooms, Bathrooms are very small. We were told that its a Heritage property hence all rooms are different and allocated on arrival only. - We went to see Puppet Dance in the evening and were told that we had to pay for that. - We went out for dinner, staff entered the room without our permission to put on an additional bed, they should NOT be entering in rooms without Guest permission. - Its NOT a heritage property but built in a residential area to look like a heritage property. - Rooms are worth not more than Rs 3-4000, Only book if you get the rooms in this range only, definitely not worth Rs 14000. You can book a 5 star property at this price.
