First impressions are great. The reception area, corridors and rooms are very nice. On closer inspection there are 4 critical points I want to raise: 1. The food was inedible. I ordered a chicken sandwich from room service and it was so disgusting I had to refuse it and send it back. It was made from the worst possible pieces of boiled chicken, all brown, fatty and grisley. I ended up ordering from outside (which according to house rules you are not allowed to do!) 2. None of the 6 switches at the side of the bed operate a single light in the room. To switch off a light before sleep you have to get out of bed, and similarly if you get up during the night. 3. The wall mounted tv didn’t come with a remote control, and was WAY too small for the size of the room! You certainly wouldn’t be able to read subtitles if you were watching tv in bed. 4. The small in-room safety deposit box does not work. In any case it is not bolted into place as it should be, which means anyone could just pick it up and take it away in a carrier bag!

Rooms were spacious and clean with all the required amenities. Bathroom could have been bigger. Breakfast options were decent and staff was helpful and polite.

It was indeed a pleasant stay. The managers and staff members were very nice and courteous. Seeing us with Kids they upgraded our rooms and also helped with all possible things. The rooms are nice. The food is also good here.

Staff is quite cooperative.. but the hotel is located inside a gated premises and all the gates close around 10:00 p.m. accept one which may be confusing for some one who is new to the area.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The lobby was stunning, and the breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. The standout feature was the exceptional service provided by Ibrahim, who seemed to manage the entire hotel effortlessly. His dedication and hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended.

The hotel is beautifully designed with a strong essence of Rajasthani culture. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, especially Sir Abrahim, who made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this place for an authentic and hospitable experience.

I recently stayed in this wonderful hotel and had an amazing experience the heritage look of the property is stunning The staff was incredibly kind and attentive a special shout out to Abrahim sir who is truly a one *** army his dedication and exceptional service made my stay even more memorable highly recommended
