Radisson Jaipur City Center Reviews

This review is really about the staff, especially Diksha.  She made our stay very memorable. The hotel is comfortable if not a bit loud because of the outside traffic noise.  The fitness center is great but the pool is very small. The food is wonderful and dining services very attentive.  Diksha is called Chatterbox because of her effusive personality.  She always is smiling and her attention made us feel very special.

Nice rooms, ok location but the service of some staff is laughable. Many really trying but seems the ones organising the show are a bit fawlty towers / chuckle brothers. If you can be patient and just laugh at the absurdity it works fine.

The room bit smells and soundproofing not well.

Awesome! The classic business room is very cost-effective! Wyndham and Raddison are so far behind! The room, breakfast, and service are really worlds apart. We are especially grateful to Mr. Ashutosh in the lobby. He has a strong sense of service, makes guests feel at home, is very friendly, and is an absolute ***. Next time we come to Jaipur, we will also book here and look forward to seeing Mr. Ashutosh again. Wish you all the best. Namaste. :)

I am a tourist guide. I came from Turkey with my group of 26 people. The welcome was very nice and traditional. Everyone was smiling and warm. They are very hospitable. The dinner was very good. Especially the soup was very delicious. The buffet is very diverse. If you come to Jaipur, do not look for another hotel.

A terrible experience. We booked this hotel based on the Radisson name, assuming it would be synonymous with quality. We left two nights early and lost two nights’ room fees and paid to stay somewhere else as it was unbearable. The rooms were not properly cleaned, the bathroom smelled like urine and the shower drain was blocked. Housekeeping came to “clean” after maintenance unblcoked the shower drain with a single white towel. No chemicals to clean the shower floor. Unfriendly staff, not well trained. Linen not entirely clean.

All staff were good and the transport arranged by Mr Jitendra was on time & all went welll.The breakfast was really good & staff were very prompt. Would like to visit the hotel on my next trip again.And front desk staff very help full special Rajashree

NEVER GOING TO A RADISSON AGAIN IN MY LIFE , The hotel needs to get some new Staff because the existing one i full of attitude and we booked a Business Class Room with Very nominal Facilities We requested for a early check inn as we have a Small baby with us but we were waited for a good half n hour And after that the room was not having some basic toiletries in the room There was no Room Slippers available no shower Cap single in the room MIND you’re are not allowed to order food from outside it’s prohibited or if you do so The gate keeper might stop you from entering and in other case the front office lady might as you to check out if you force them with the food In my Case , I was shocked with the behaviour from the staff and even after that they wont help you with a basic cutlery in the room Basically they were too Rigid and the Experience i had was horrible Might never book a Radisson again in my Life Breakfast in the hotel was soo good and the service there was extremely great the managers and the chefs there made our breakfast time so pleasing kudos to them keep it up Other wise front office guys kindly look at the attitude guys you need to be polite

Nice hotel as part of the Radisson hotels. It is conveniently located, 20 mins away from Johari Baazar. Comfortable rooms, good bed and pillows.... It is a good place to rest. Very good room service. Many restaurants inside to choose. Service very helpful and attentive. Breakfast buffet very extensive with egg station...very good!

Hospitality was nice rooms were also good . They adress us very nicely they welcome us as we enter in lobby offer water abhinav was so hepful as we get the room instantly. Room service was also so quik we were delighted to visit Radisson Jaipur city centre

All the department are well mannered and smiling faces. Reception to room service is fantastic. Food at restaurant was too delicious and quick service from in room dining was also fantastic … especially there were all smiling faces in the entire hotel

Hotel staff is very helpful room is very nice and clean and food is also very good It felt very good to welcome in a different way by applying Tilak it was good to stay Morning breakfast and Shri Krishna's flute tune made my heart

Amazing property, the rooms are spacious and clean. The food is great too, rasmalai is just heavenly. The staff is extremely polite and accommodating, especially the front office staff. The location is perfect, close to everything. I had to take a bus to Delhi, and the stop was hardly 100 meters.
