We had a horrible experience at gems suite. First of all the room that was promised with balcony - we didnt got that. As per pictures we had a larger sized balcony. But in reality the balcony was small. Next - attitude of the care taker. Was as if they had done mercy on us and we had got the room at cheaper price. And in real the room rate was high but in reality the room were not worth that much also it didnt end there, when we asked for fresh cups and cutlery, we were told that those are washable and to wash and use. For breakfast also whenever we asked for some option from the menu, we were denied stating cook is not there. No toileteries to add on. Room was cleaned only once. And when we asked for laundry. They straight away denied. But we dont provide. Next day, the guy said. Yes it is there but at 10% discount. I really want some action to be taken. This is really the worst experience.
