Really nice service and good room, enjoyed the stay. Nice garden front rooms with easy access on the highway. Ample parking space.

It was a nice experience. Food was good. Supporting staff had nice behaviour. We reached late to resort they accommodated us.

There was no staff to on reception or to attend the guest. Only one person who claimed himself as a driver was there and he was very reluctant in providing any help. Somehow we got the rooms keys, but room was very dirty, toilet was not cleaned, cups and glasses were used and dirty, bed sheet and blankets were not changed and very dirty. No phone in rooms. Moreover there was no one to listen and solve that. We called the owner/manager, he was listened all the issues but no action was taken. It was terrible stay and worst experience. Highly not recommended for family stay.

I had an amazing stay at takshshila park and resort. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful park make it the perfect escape from city life. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The food was delicious, and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained. Very disappoint behaviour in hotel not proper in room service & cleaning not providing in towel room service

Rooms are clean but little bit seepage on wall, no hot water in bathroom, no room service. Location is good. Food is not available in resort but restaurant beside it supply food in the room on request. Overall stay was good. The food in the restaurant mithra in the vicinity of resort was very good

The manager at the stay was extremely unprofessional. I had booked a room which clearly showed for 4 adults. But the manager was denying accomodation for the 4th person. I reached the stay late since my train was late and after the exhausting day had to endure the clueless manager for sometime. Very unprofessional from makemytrip. Please enlist only verified properties.
