Pathetic environment and unhygienic experience was veer bad insects were ther in room and towel was stinking

The hotel was pathetic. There amenities mentioned were not fulfilled. Even my mother got rages on body because of the mites present in the blanket and matters. Kindly take note of this. Even 1 water bottle was not at all complementary and was being charged for.
