Four bedrooms in this beautiful home. There is a very beautiful pool and the food is out of this world. It is more of a showroom type home than Hotel. It is extremely quiet and it is more or less sold out in the summer, but I am so lucky to have stayed here.

Mahesabhawan is a beutiful , tastefully furnished, villa. We stayed for three nights. The staff and service was very good. Food was very good too. The caretaker, Mr.Juckshan was very helpful and Janaka gave an excellent service. I like the ornaments and wall hangings which blended with the culture appropriately

Wer hier gebucht hat, hat einen Jackpot. Dieses kleine Hotel mit 4 Zimmern ist an Individualität und Liebenswürdigkeit kaum zu überbieten. Vor allem die 2 oberen Zimmer mit großem Bad und Terrasse sind wunderschön. Die Generalmanagerin der Jetwinggruppe in Jaffna Frau Jilanthi kümmert sich mit großem Engagement persönlich darum, dass hier alles in Ordnung ist. Jannak liest den Gästen als Butler jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Gleich nach dem Aufstehen serviert er Kaffee oder Tee quasi ans Bett und nennt das Pre-breakfast. Megala ist eine fantastische Köchin und kocht die Wunschgerichte der wenigen Gäste. Die alte Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

My family and friends from Canada and the UK stay together at this property almost every year when we visit Jaffna. It has a great location, is super clean, and the staff are wonderful! Best of the best of the chef - she’s an incredible cook. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent place. Food was superb and place was well maintained. Staff was very welcoming and always very supportive. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Highly recommended if you want to spend a luxurious vacation in Jaffna. All the best!!

Beautifully restored 1935 bungalow with 4 rooms, good pool, centrally located on relatively quiet street. The staff were terrific - Juckshan the villa manager, Janaka the butler and Megala the cook. Food was great, butler service formidable, and all staff including Jetwing GM Nilanthi made is feel very much at home.

It’s a beautifully furnished villa in a quiet residential area that has only 4 bedrooms. Our stay felt like staying in our own luxury bungalow with full butler service and a fabulous in-house cook. There’s a full service kitchen and you can opt to have all your meals there. We discussed and our meals were customised for a full Jaffna Tamil culinary experience, with one meal that included the famous Jaffna crab curry. Breakfasts were also feasts of their own and we could hardly walk after stuffing ourselves. Our stay of two nights felt too short. Special thanks to team Juckshan, Janaka, Megala and Ramesh for an unforgettable stay!

Spent 3 nights in Mahesa Bhawan with altogether 8 members of our family. It was a very good stay there and everything was perfect. Very friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms, tasty and large portions of food. Had a small clean pool too. Thank you so much.
