Overall it's OK, the price is a bit high, but you can't ask for much in a foreign country, the hotels in poor countries in Southeast Asia are all the same. This price is enough to stay in a very good five-star hotel in China

The staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived to when we departed. The rooftop bar is a nice place to relax and have a bite/nibbles. There is a supermarket within walking distance and the Jaffna market is about 500m away. Overall a good choice when staying in Jaffna.

Location next to the supermarket, courteous staff and good food especially buffet dinner with local variety. Rooms are worn out and poorly kept.

For me, there was no other accommodation option other than Jetwing Jaffna! I stayed there in 2018 and came back for a family visit in 2023. Its location in the middle of the city makes it a no-brainer as the choice of accommodation. The breakfast spread was impressive (I loved the bacon and sausages and the paal appam - out of this world stuff!). Staff were friendly and courteous. The roof top bar and the scenery was something to look foreword to winding down the evenings. If ever I return to Jaffna in the future, there will be no other choice for me to stay , except at Jetwing Jaffna.

We are truly amazed by our stay at Jetwing Jaffna! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality of the management and staff was second to none. The staff and management were warm, genuine, and always ready to go the extra mile. The food at Peninsula Restaurant was mouthwateringly outstanding! We were eager (but slightly hesitant) to try the famous Jaffna dish “Kool”, unsure if we’d get the true authentic taste. But the brilliant chef at Jetwing completely nailed it – he managed to master the airhentic recipe to male the Kool rich in flavour and tradition, he even went above and beyond by preparing Odiyal Pittu with fried sprats to complete the experience. A true culinary masterpiece! Our three-night stay felt like home, thanks to the incredibly attentive and hospitable team. The reception team were knowledgeable, helpful, and always attended to our needs with a warm smile. Their recommendations on local attractions helped us make the most of our visit. During our entire stay, we noticed that every guest was treated with the same level of warmth and care. A heartfelt thank you to R & B Executive Shiraz, Chef Asanka and their wonderful team for making every meal a joyful experience. For the first time, we genuinely felt sad to say goodbye to hotel staff – it truly felt like we were leaving family behind. Jetwing Jaffna, you’ve given us memories we’ll treasure forever. We can’t wait to come back!

Room arrangements, facilities Iinside the room with comfortable mattress and pillows, bath items are very good. Very kind and attentive local youth in the hotel provided me an excellent environment two spend two days happily.
